This spacious 1550 sq' 3 bedroom condo is located on the fourth floor of Discovery Bay on sunset drive in Kelowna. Enjoy the spectacular views of lake okanagan from either of the two balconies.

The extra large master bedroom has a king size bed, patio doors leading to the deck and an oversized en suite.

Guest room has two twin beds that convert into a king bed and features it's own private balcony.

Third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out sofa with a high quality foam mattress.

This unit comes fully furnished with all the comforts of home including BBQ and blender.

Spend your days playing at the beach, laying by the pool, or shopping. There are many walking, biking rollerblading trails right out your front door.

In the evening you can enjoy soaking in the outdoor hot tub after walking through the parks or a night out for dinner.

This property is located in the heart of Kelowna no need to drive as it is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping bars and parks. There is a bird sanctuary located on the property.

We are a family of 6 from Northern Alberta. We like coming to the Kelowna area to enjoy the beaches in the summer and the skiing in the winter.

We have four teenage kids who always have a great time here in Kelowna. with so many activities close by they don't have time to be bored.

Location is fantastic. Perfect for our family

We were happy before we even arrived. The owner was very helpful. Got us in early so we could have our 2 year old granddaughter nap before a wedding rehearsal. Made life so much easier. A perfect place for kids. Lovely pools and an easy walk to the beach. We were missing a can opener and Lilian got one for us fairly quickly. The deck needs a wash but really only noticed because of a 9 month old crawling on and we had bare feet out there! Would definitely stay again. Thanks

Great condo! Well definitely stay again. Loved it!

 We spent 8 nights at this condo in early August.  We loved it!  The description and pictures are very accurate.  The condo itself is wonderful and spacious.  The view from the balcony is great.  The facilities of the community are very nice.  The indoor and outdoor pools are smaller than they appear in the pictures and they were very crowded (which is expected at a resort).  In addition to the condo itself, the location of the community is perfect.  We could walk a couple of blocks to the public beach, restaurants, and a marina.  It was wonderful.  When we come back to Kelowna, we will definitely stay here again.

>     (One caution worth mentioning [and this is not a condo issue, but rather a condo management issue] is if you plan on renting an extra parking spot, we wouldn't recommend it.  There are issues between the property management company and the security company and my in-laws had their car towed.  We had done everything right - parked in the proper spot, paid for it, and had the pass in the window.  The management company paid all of the fees and compensated us for our time having to deal with collecting the car from the towing company, so they were very apologetic, but it was a hassle.  If you do need another spot, Kelowna has on street parking that costs $1/hr from 8-6 Mon-Sat.  That is probably your best bet.)

Wonderful location, however not clean when we arrived. On site contact did not reply to texts.

We really enjoyed the location and floor plan of the condo. It was perfect for our families. Kelowna had a lot of great things to offer!

My only complaint is for the on-site management. I made contact on our arrival time and touched base as we entered Kelowna to let her know how far out we were. There was no instructions on where to meet, so after some confusion we finally found her. Our 'tour' lasted not even 10 minutes, with a lot of information left out. We were given the impression that we were really inconveniencing her. Once we did get to the condo it was not clean on our arrival (at scheduled check-in time). The previous guests laundry was still on the floor which we ended up doing. The floor was wet when we arrived, but very dirty (our feet were black from walking on it). This is frustrating as we had to do someone else's laundry and sweep and wash the entire floor on our arrival (all while knowing I was charged a cleaning fee with my booking). We were left with no dish cloths or garbage bags and only one tea towel. Despite attempts to contact the on-site manager we received no response. I finally just contacted the owner and she was wonderful in ensuring we got what we needed (although by this time we already went and bought our own supply).

We never did hear from anyone upon checkout, only had the brief instructions in the app. I hope we did everything correctly as I am still awaiting my deposit.

I think this property is amazing, and the owner was very supportive; however I was not at all impressed with the on-site manager. She offered us no support during our stay. After I was forced to contact the owner, the manager did send a bottle of wine to our room with a couple of the staff members, however it would've been nicer to actually be contacted by her personally (as none of us actually drink white wine.) At the very least I hope future guests don't have this same experience and the condo is ready and stocked as advertised, and if not, that there is a contact number to someone who actually offers support.

Thanks for allowing me to share this feedback. I would be willing to discuss my concerns further if needed.

Beautiful Location

This property was beautiful! The view from the balcony was great. My mom could see us on the beach, from the balcony. The condo is very spacious, with lots of room for everyone.

There were a few minor glitches, that were conveyed to the owner. Overall it was a great stay. Close to the beach, and a short walk to the City Park, with water Park and playground. Also a short walk to restaurants. We had relatives over for a barbecue, and had plenty of space to do so. On the last night we were treated to a live performance of music, that we listened to from the balcony! We would certainly return here again.
