When requesting dates more than 6 weeks in advance, half the rental fee is due at time of booking to secure the reservation. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Please note, if you cancel before 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, only the initial deposit of half the total rental fee is kept and there is no additional charge.
