This is a quaint, beachy, quiet, older DOWNSTAIRS FIRST FLOOR UNIT OF A TRIPLEX only a block to the ocean with a life-guarded beach, and one block to the pier, and 'downtown' Folly Beach. Walk to all the bars, restaurants and beach with ease! From time to time, you can enjoy the acoustical music being played at Chico Feo down the street from the outside sitting area.
Our home was the "hotel" on Folly from the 1940's called The Marion Guest Quarters. The sign remains out front, but has received a "face lift" from one of our former tenants and now dons Blackbeard's Flag!! The history and charm of the home were two of the big selling points for us in purchasing the home. :) We have converted the home into three rental units - this unit is the downstairs front unit of the property.
As this is part of a TRIPLEX, guests need to be considerate of guests in the other units. As this is the DOWNSTAIRS FIRST FLOOR UNIT, sound can be heard from upstairs unit from time to time. We have priced this unit with consideration of this situation. We do include white noise machines in each bedroom just in case you are a light sleeper. If you are sensitive to sounds or looking for a private property rental, this rental WILL NOT be a good fit.
Additionally, if you are looking for a "party" rental, THIS PROPERTY WILL NOT BE A GOOD FIT. Driver’s license upload is required for all reservations as well as description of your car color, make, model & license plate. Parking on Folly can be tight and we have to ensure that the parking in front of our property is being utilized by our guests.
The property boasts 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with about 750 square feet. A/c, cable, flat screen TV, wireless internet, hotel style linens, bath towels, beach chairs, and a full kitchen, are provided. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. New living room and dining furniture April 2017.
There is a designated area for ONE CAR in our parking area (Unit B Parking Area). If additional cars are brought, you will have to locate street parking. PLEASE NOTE, due to the size of our parking area, we are not able to accommodate EXTENDED CAB TRUCKS OR OVER SIZED SUV's. You will have to locate street parking to accommodate all EXTENDED CAB TRUCKS OR OVERSIZE SUV's.
There is an outdoor grill area with chairs and an outdoor shower for after the beach.
We are so centrally located, you won’t need your car! Center Street, Bert’s Market, the fishing pier, and beach are 1-2 short blocks’ away. Come relax!

Cleaning fee is an additional $100.
