This condo is on the top floor with spectacular views of the the ocean and fishing pier. It comes with all linens, towels, soaps and paper products. Just bring your bathing suit and beach chairs. Restaurants and shops are just a block away. The beach is right outside your front door as well as your own community fishing pier and oceanfront pool. Laundry facilities on site. Just a 20 minute drive to historic Charleston. Queen sized bed, 2 bunk beds and a sleeper sofa will sleep up to 6. New Sealy Posturepedic mattress Queen Size in Master Bedroom. Cable TV in Bedroom as well. Brand New AC and water heater installed in 2017!

This is a very affordable oceanfront place for a couple or small family. The amenities are specatacular and views from the balcony are breath-taking. It is centrally located and within walking distance of everything. It is right next to the County Park with lifeguards on duty daily.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Edmonds’ condo this past fall. The oceanfront view was a beautiful way to begin and end each day, and the easy, private access to the fishing pier, pool, and beach made our visit care-free. The small Isle of Palms community was quite welcoming, and we appreciated the convenient walks or short drives to excellent nearby restaurants. While there we attended the annual Taste of Charleston and found the access to the city and its many sites and events quite convenient and easy to navigate. The amenities of the condo complex and the unit itself made it a relaxing place to return to each evening following our explorations of the Charleston area.

The building was ok only because it was so close to the beach and restaurants.

The unit my family and I stayed in was awful. It is run down and has not been updated. There are dangerous wires hanging from both televisions, several outlets aren't functioning and the bathroom is disgusting. The unit is extremely small. The unit "sleeps 6" but with 2 adults and 4 children my family was very uncomfortable. The 2 "bunks" are in the hallway closet, uncomfortable & not safe - none of my boys would sleep in them. We contemplated leaving the first night! The only reason we stayed was for the proximity to the beautiful beach and restaurants.

Owner's Response: Jennifer, ALL Sea Cabins have the same floor plan and are the same size. The bunk beds are built into the hallway and NOT in a closet. The "Dangerous " Wires you mentioned run from the cable box to the TV and are in no way a threat to anyone. We have a rail available to place on the top bunk for safety located underneath the bunks. WE have the condo PROFESSIONALLY cleaned after each departure, so what you found to be "disgusting" must just be your OPINION of the décor. Perhaps you should pay for a three bedroom condo next time for 6 people. We have had several really good recent reviews and Many of our guests really enjoyed staying at this condo.

Perfect for Family Vacation

We loved it here...everything was within walking distance. We are a family of 5...bunks were perfect for our 7 & 8 year old while our 12 year old used the fold out couch. We were on the 3rd floor and our balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean. Be advised though..there is not an elevator, but climbing them was worth the view :) It was great to get up and walk the beach in the mornings and utilize the beautiful pool..The condo was clean and had everything we needed..the only thing is beware of the smoke went off even when we made toast..easy fix just open the sliding glass door and front door. All the codes and door locks worked fine for us. This place is very family oriented and made of sound walls...we never heard a peep out of any neighbors..Also, I don't think the pictures did this place justice..we will definitely be coming back to stay here..

Best location on Isle of Palms

The property is exactly as described but what my husband and I were pleasantly surprised with was the location, which is PERFECT! It is right off the IOP connector so very easy to get to and easy to get into downtown Charleston. Also there is everything you could want within walking distance! Harris teeter, liquor store, multiple restaurants several which are beach front, a pizza shop, surf shop and ice cream. Although you are right in the middle of the action the private property was quiet at night and always ample parking and space on the beach. The unit was comfortable, well kept, clean and offered many comforts of home to enable coffee in the morning and cooking in the evening. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and work with during our stay when we had inquires. I would definitely recommend this unit and we will most certainly be returning for our next trip to IOP.

Great view but poor cleaning

While there were great views and a fully stocked kitchen, upon moving the sliding door curtain I noticed a fast food paper bag that had been hidden underneath it. It had been left there by the previous guests. It made me wonder about how well the condo had been cleaned before we arrived. There was a large amount of dirt on top of the medicine cabinet, and noticeable stains on the carpet. I am glad my guest brought Norwex cloths to clean and wipe down needed areas.

Owner's Response: Anytime a guest has an issue with the cleaning, maintenance, cable, wifi.......etc. they are encouraged to call Property Management immediately. Then we would have a chance to respond to take care of the problem. I live and work just minutes away and am ALWAYS ready to respond. I wish this guest would not have gone this route when all it takes is a phone call upon arrival to rectify an issue. . . We strive to keep the place clean and comfortable. Any issues brought up are taken care of IMMEDIATELY, but we cannot please everyone if they do not communicate.
