This is a very affordable oceanfront place for a couple or small family. The amenities are specatacular and views from the balcony are breath-taking. It is centrally located and within walking distance of everything. It is right next to the County Park with lifeguards on duty daily.

Loved staying here. The location and property is great! Beach area wasn’t crowded at all. Property grounds well maintained. Laundry facilities worked great. Was enough towels/wash cloths for all 6 of us. Unless other arrangements are made beforehand you may have to wash your towels if stay is longer than 3-4 days as there is not usually towel service available. That wasn’t a problem for us though as I was having to do laundry anyways. View from balcony was fantastic! The condo itself was very nice, well cleaned, well maintained and well decorated I thought. Everything worked as it should. Fridge has working ice maker. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other pantry items such as coffee filters etc. So well stocked that there wasn’t any room to store food we bought except for on the counter but we were only there for 3-4 days and are out mostly so that wasn’t a big deal. Most comfortable sofa bed I’ve ever slept on. After part of our people left, we slept the last night in the bedroom...the mattress on that bed is awesome! Wish I had one at home. John was easy to get in touch with for any questions and responded quickly. Property/parking lot was quite at night time and well lit. No noise from neighbors. Parking is available on location and most of the time we were able to park in front of the building we were in but was always parked in sight from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation and will refer any friends that are considering visiting the area. The only thing to keep in mind when renting this unit is the fact that it is on the 3rd floor (about 8-9 steps in each set of stairs) and there is no elevator. By the second night my legs were burning by the time I got to the top floor but in all honesty that was after spending a week using the stairs mostly on a cruise ship and being totally worn out from walking so much at the cruise destinations and then around Charleston/Mt. Pleasant area. I think it was mainly because I was just completely drained lol. Thanks John for everything! I will definitely check on this unit again for availability without any hesitation if I get to return and will refer friends and family as well.

Great Place for a Getaway Weekend
My friends and I spent a long weekend at Isle of Palms and the accommodations were perfect for four adults. The owner sent us a welcoming message and answered all questions in a timely manner. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and equipped with all appliances/kitchen accessories one could need. The balcony is a tranquil spot to sip coffee and watch the sunrise - great view of the beach/ocean. Definitely will book this condo again!
Great space for a family vacation!
We enjoyed our stay! It was nice, clean, and had all amenities we could ask for.
Pretty but condo needed work
Outside was fine. Inside had floor problems especially near the sliding door. Felt like you would fall through. Also near bathroom door. Weak & uneven floors. Shower flexed under your feet. Supposed to have concrete or wood under it. When sleeping, light from outside flooded in on your eyes. Said bed was a queen size but was a double. Smelled extremely musty. Will stay elsewhere next time.
This renter has blasted this property for no reason. First of all, there IS a QUEEN bed that I purchased myself for the owner. Secondly, I just went and stood in the tub and by the sliding door. There is a tiny flex in the floor, but NOT anything that would EVER fall through. All Sea Cabins were built in 1982. Some are more updated than others. This one is fine. Please Disregard this guests comments. They are FALSE!!

Our unit was clean, had a beautiful ocean view, was close to the beach, and provided all the amenities we needed. It could use some updating, but that wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.
