Wow!! Built in 2004/2005, Coral Hammock is one of the newest gated communities with 55 luxury resort homes with a lavish Clubhouse and Pool and lushly landscaped grounds. These custom single family homes recall the romantic charm of old Key West with spacious floor plans, vaulted ceilings, 'Conch' style porches and the traditional metal roof. Located at 'mile marker 5' and ideally located across from the Key West Golf Club and just down the street from world class fishing and other activities at Hurricane Hole's Restaurant and Marina. You are close to all the action but yet secluded enough to enjoy your privacy. Key West is only a '2x4' island (two miles wide and four miles long) so nothing is far away!!

Wonderful week! Pool is awesome!! Great location and we enjoyed the parking pass. Condo is very spacious and has everything you need!! Can’t wait to return.

A Very Good Place to Stay

The 2 story Villa was almost everything you might want for a vacation stay in Key West. The place was spacious, clean and well kept. Two bedrooms with their own full bath was a plus. Adequately stocked kitchen, gas grill on the balcony, ample linens and towels. Close enough to the Key West hot spots to get to easily, far enough away so it wasn't nuts to get in or out. We parked 2 full sized pick-ups under the Villa, no problem there. Everything worked. Normally I have to fix something everywhere I go. Other than cabinet knobs...not this time.


Lots of stairs. A/C cools better upstairs than down but was not a big problem. The oven seem to run cooler than the setting. Some cabinet knobs wanted to come off. The Keys have little tiny ants, I've had them everywhere I've stayed, no exception here, we just made sure food, sugar, or honey was not left out.

None were a deal breaker.

I'd stay there again!

Our check-in package includes his cell phone and encourages you to do so. We also have a contract with a pest control company and they respond the same day when those tiny buggers come around...again an easy fix if we know. We look forward to having you back again soon!

Very clean. Instructions from owners were very thorough. They went above and beyond providing ample linens (even beach towels) ,

Dish washing detergent, coffee filters and coffee, clothes washing detergent, etc. Very clean and plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 teens. Really enjoyed our time here.

Fantastic house!

What a fantastic house! It was absolutely perfect. We watched the YouTube video before booking it and it was even better than we expected. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms really well equipped. The aircon works perfectly so no problem sleeping on hot Florida nights.

There is a great BBQ on the veranda and we cooked and ate outside most evenings.

The pool is also great - family friendly and never too busy.

I would thoroughly recommend this property and we are already looking at dates to visit next year.

A perfect vacation

The house and location is perfect for anyone wanting to vacation in Key West. Location to Key West couldn't be better. We could easily get to the beaches as well as down town Key West. The house itself was beautiful and very well kept. My wife and I with 3 adult children had plenty of room and if we didn't go to the beach, the pool was just outside the back door. I would tell anyone wanting an enjoyable trip to Key West to rent this place. Definitely a place I would rent again when we return to Key West.

Tax Rate 12.5%

OUR WEEKLY RATES INCLUDE THE CLEANING FEE & NO HIDDEN EXTRA FEES THAT OTHER OWNERS CHARGE SO THEIR RATES "LOOK" LOWER. There is a $300 security deposit that is returned on check-out per terms of your lease.

Once you send us your booking information, we hold the dates in your name & send you a lease to sign & return with 1/2 down (check, mc, or visa). Once we process your lease, we send you a receipt. We will then bill you the final amount approximately 45 days prior to check-in & then check-in package is mailed to you approximately two weeks before check-in. Until you sign your lease rates are subject to change.

If you cancel up to 60 days prior to check-in, the cancellation fee is $125. If you cancel with less than 60 days to check-in, all payments made are forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the property for the same dates and same rate to another group.

Rates for Holidays & Festivals such as Fantasy Fest may be higher. Rates generally for Sat-Sat rental only.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
