Location! Location! Location! Imagine you and your friends living like locals in this newly renovated apartment located in a historic warehouse in the French Quarter - just 1/2 block off Bourbon Street. This is the heart of the tourist end of the French Quarter - walking distance to everything! But there is a Public Parking Garage attached to building if needed.

You and your guests would have access to all the building amenities including a glass door front entry with code access only; Elevators ; Lobby seating area; Glass covered atrium with seating; Fitness Center; and Roof top Pool and deck area with fabulous city views! This is a very safe and secure building with security on site.

The apartment is beautifully decorated; extremely spacious; and fully stocked with everything you need for a home away from home. It has a large living/dining area with comfy sectional for sleeping an extra guest. There is 1 closed bedroom with queen bed and small hall for laundry and bath. The 2nd Queen bed is in an alcove behind the living area - closed on 3 sides and open to living area on 1 side. This apartment sleeps 4-5 guests comfortably.

I provide bath amenities; hairdryer and lots of fluffy white towels in the bath; plenty of extra linens; and a full kitchen with coffee service as well as many nonperishable items for your enjoyment. There is also a washer/dryer in unit with laundry supplies.

Other amenities you will enjoy are central air & heat; plus ceiling fans; cable TV in living & bedroom; and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi private to rental!

I have several other properties in the building if you have a larger or smaller party. All units are close together off the atrium and front of building. You can rent them individually or together to accommodate from 2-22 guests.

You can walk to all the main tourist attractions and are in the middle of the infamous restaurants and shopping that make the NOLA French Quarter so appealing to locals and tourists alike. In addition, the security, roof top pool, and fitness center top off the perks this property has.

What makes this apartment unique

This is a historic building with modern updates and loft details such as exposed brick and pipe. There are lots of outdoor areas with the 2nd floor class covered atrium, roof top pool & deck area, and newly renovated lobby with seating area and water feature. The roof offers spectacular views of the downtown New Orleans and French Quarter roof tops. All units are fully furnished and perfect to share with family or friends; plus I have multiple units within the building to accommodate larger groups. I have put my heart and soul into each and every vacation rental I have and would love to share one of them with you.

Perfect place! Perfect location!

5 of us stayed here for 3 nights and it was our favorite place to stay in Nola so far! Location was so perfect! The property was beautiful and modern! Loved the atrium area and each unit had its own little table and chairs outside the door to hangout at as well! Check in and out was a breeze and communicating with the owner was so easy as well! I can't say enough great things!

Perfect location

Great location right in the middle of the French Quarter. Easy access to everything you want to see. Perfect for a couple with child. Very clean and all the amenities you need.

Property was well maintained and very clean!

A group of nine guys stayed at this property. The building was top notch! Extremely clean. The entry way was secure with a door code. Rooms were in perfect condition and the roof deck pool was well maintained. Perfect location a half block off of Bourbon St, but not loud from inside the property. The weather was in the 90's during our visit, but all of the apartments that we occuppied (3) had excellent air conditioning. Very recommended!

French Quarter Condo

I would highly recommend this property! Walking distance to any of the restaurants in the Quarter and the location is very safe. We went for French Quarter Fest and could not have been in a been in a more ideal spot. The condo is very nice and clean. Only advice is that if you sleep in the front room bring ear plugs. The street can be quite noisy until the early morning hours. The bedroom in the back is quiet though. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Great location!

The location of this condo is great, only a half block off of Bourbon St. The condo was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. The apartment building is a restored warehouse and has an industrial modern vibe.

The apartment's living room and bedroom alcove are on the street side. This was the ONLY downside to the apartment, as it could be quite loud at night. The noise from Bourbon Street was not as bad as the garbage truck that stopped outside of our window at 3am. I played some white noise/ocean melodies on my phone (fairly loudly) the second night and the outside noise wasn't quite as bad. Our children slept in the separate bedroom (which is on the interior side of the building), and there wasn't much noise in their room at all. Just a warning if you may have people in your party sleeping in the living room alcove.

The apartment is really great and the owner is very easy to work with...we had a slight glitch in our reservation the first night and she called me directly and worked everything out for us.

Overall, a great place, in a great location...if you don't mind some noise at night!

However when you are this close to the action you do have to account for some external noise. I try to be very accommodating to my guests and have the apartments well stocked and beautiful!
