2 Beds/1 Bath in French Quarter w/Pool & Fitness Center; Close to Bourbon Street
Love travel; art; history; good food; and live music! That is why I chose New Orleans for my business!! What is not to like there? The city - and especially the French Quarter area - offers everything I love!
Catherine purchased this Apartment in 2001
Why Catherine chose French Quarter
Great location! Lots of amenities and you can walk everywhere. Apartments are fully equipped with cable and wi-fi; A/C and ceiling fans; plus the roof top pool and a great fitness center.
What makes this Apartment unique
Perfect location to enjoy the music, restaurants, and all the city has to offer. Easy access to everything.

This property is a great choice if you’re looking for location with easy access to the French Quarter & the Garden District. The apartment is equipped with anything you need, is comfortable and dealing with Catherine was great! We would stay here again and would highly recommend booking this property!
This place looked just like the pictures- very stylish! The location is amazing! As others have said, you can hear street noise in the front room at night but it is part of the experience. Check in was a breeze and the info provided was very helpful. The pool was an added bonus that we used more than I thought we would. It was nice to take a break in the afternoon. Everyone was so friendly! Loved the warehouse vibe!! Just a great place!
Would visit again. Bring ear plugs for one of the beds. Close by check out GW Fins...don't forget to make reservations.
Thanks for your comments. Glad you liked my property. Yes there is street noise associated with the bedroom off the balcony. Unfortunately this cannot be helped because there are restaurants, businesses, and residences all next to each other in the French Quarter. Call anytime you return.
The apartment was very nice!
Location was excellent. It was a bit noisy in the front bedroom but that was expected. The apt had everything we needed for our stay in NOLA.
Thanks for your comments. Yes the apartment is at a great location for experiencing the French Quarter. The Quarter can be noisy because of businesses and residences so close together. Especially during special events like the French Quarter Festival you were there for. Luckily it is street noise and not club noise or music. But happy it did not affect your stay.
Fantastic place to stay
Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a fun trip to New Orleans. Location is great and the property is clean, comfortable and many small touches and amenities are provided. We had no problems and the property owner is most helpful! Can’t say enough good things about the property, the owner, and New Orleans!
Awesome! Really happy I could make your New Years stay a wonderful experience!!! Please contact me anytime you come back. I have multiple units in this building and can host from 1-22 guests. Thanks for submitting your comments. They are very helpful for future guests. Have a great 2019!
Fantastic Stay for the Essence Festival!
This place is awesome. Super cute, comfortable and suited 4 of us well for the Essence Festival in July 2018. Special thanks to Catherine and Angela for making our stay easy and fun!
Glad you enjoyed everything! Hope you got to use the pool and other building amenities too. Call us if you come back to Essence next year! Thanks for submitting the review!
