We are so happy to welcome you to our little piece of heaven here on Miramar Beach! We fell in love with Miramar Beach and Destin several years ago, and we hope you’re either already in love too, or that you will be after your stay in A202. Our names are Phillip and Sarah. We live in Kentucky, and when we’re not helping make sure you have a wonderful stay, we’re busy raising our daughter Ellery, running a marketing & promotional products company (Sarah) and selling Kentucky liquor stores their bourbon and wine (Phillip). We try to sneak away and stay here as often as we can. In the meantime, we want to share our place with you, and share some of our favorite experiences with you while you’re here. For you to have a wonderful, worry-free and relaxing vacation is our goal. We can't wait to chat with you and help you book your stay in A202 - your new favorite vacation destination at Miramar Beach!

This condo is managed by the owners meaning you will get the best care, as it is very important to us that you enjoy the condo and your stay. We love Destin and we hope you do too.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
