This Town Home is totally prepared for visitors. It located a few miles east of the CSU campus. In this development area, you will find yourself within walking distance to a major 24hr. grocery store, a small shopping complex, fitness center, and bike trails that start right at the end of the sidewalk.

The three suites are spacious and comfortable. The Master suite has its own 5pc. bathroom. The two additional suites share a full bath. All three suites are on the same level.

During the day take a ride around town on one of the many bike trails that get started just a few feet from your front door. There are two bikes provided for your enjoyment.

At night, you can enjoy the comfort of one of the four recliners in the Home Theater. Pop a movie in the Blu-ray player and prepare for an experience with the 5.1 surround sound and 61' Samsung HD LED TV.... or have a fun evening of games with the provided playing cards, poker set , or other games at the game table.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for 2 months while enjoying all things Fort Collins. Very clean and well supplied. The owners were responsive and helpful. This location is great for visiting Old Town(4 miles away) or getting on I-25 to explore other areas of northern Colorado. We took advantage of the nice bikes to explore neighborhoods and local parks. The location is walking distance to a major grocery chain and some local restaurants/coffee shops/liquor store. The only addition that would be great is to have more comfortable chairs on the porch to enjoy the nice weather.

Today we did personally go through the home, making adjustments to any rooms seeming in need of a few extra lumens of light. We added LED light bulbs and new light fixtures where needed. Again, it was a delight to have the two of you in our home during your vacation to Fort Collins. We really enjoyed meeting you and thank you for taking such great care of our property. Two months in a great rental

My wife and I were moving to Fort Collins and had the great fortune of renting this Rigden Farm Property for two months while we were house hunting. The rental is everything it is represented to be. Matt insured that we were comfortable and if we had any questions or concerns. During the entire two months not one thing happened to dampen our visit. The unit is located in a great part of town and close to major roads and shopping. You can walk to some shopping and restaurants. The rental is equipped very nicely with entertainment and we did not find ourselves lacking any utensils in the kitchen. Matt and Mandy have thought of everything to make you feel as you are in your own home. It must be in a nice area because the home we ultimately bought is in this very neighborhood.
