Beautiful apartment right in the heart of the city!
We loved staying at this apartment. It was a great layout, very comfortable, in a perfect location. Having 3 bathrooms for 5 people was a definite luxury. We would stay here again.
Thanks so much. You are very kind. I hope that you come back early
We spent 4 nights in this gorgeous apartment, with high ceilings, long hallway to the bedrooms (so more quiet), great A/C, and a perfect location. If the washing machine had worked, it would have been one of the highlights of our trip (since we traveled with only carry on suitcases). That said, it was a great value and well worth staying there. I've already recommended it to a co-worker who is headed to Italy in the fall.
Thank you very much for your kindness. Simona told me she's sorry but he did not have time to accommodate the washing machine as it was broken by guests leaving before your arrival. She apologise and if you come back Rome she will do a discount. Best regards. Luciana
Great value for a massive apartment in a perfect location
Our family (myself, my wife and our 5 and 8 year old boys) found this to be an ideal location, right off the Piazza del Popolo and a (long, but very doable) walk to the Colliseum, Vatican, Pantheon and most of the other key sites in Rome. The apartment was MASSIVE - 3 full bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and a large, beautifully furnished living room and the price was less than most of the 2 bedrooms I saw in Rome. Simona was extremely helpful and met us at the property, even though it was Easter Sunday. One added benefit, the bedrooms, being in the back of the apartment were far quieter than we had any right to expect, given the location. To be honest, I can't really find any negative aspects to the apartment - if forced to choose, I guess I would say that the neighborhood is slightly sterile compared to, say Trastavere, but that's really stretching - the place really was perfect.
My wife, and two young adult children from Chicago stayed in Simona’s apartment for 3 nights in March 2015. The apartment is in a very safe neighborhood with many nice cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. Simona and Luciana provided timely responses with my initial inquires and on follow ups after we confirmed reservation. Simona was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived and provided an excellent tour of the apartment. The apartment is large and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day of exploring Rome. The bedrooms are in the back of the apartment and very quiet – perfect for a good night sleep. There is a taxi stand and a metro station a short walk from the apartment. You will be very satisfied if you decide to rent this apartment.
Our stay in Rome
Simona was a wonderful host. She welcomed us and had coffee, tea and necessary breakfast items available. The flat is nice and clean and was quite large. It is in a very busy area of Rome, right down the street from the Piazza di Popolo. If the windows are open, you definitely the street noise. But it was quite warm in Rome during our stay and we found it more comfortable keeping the windows closed and the AC on. There are several good restaurants on this street, some of them more neighborhood type restaurants which were frequented by locals. It was within walking distance of most of the major attractions, and was easy to find our way around in Rome.
4 amazing days in Rome
My family and I have spent 4 days in Rome from August 16th till 20th 2014. We were 6 (2 parents and 4 young adults). The apartment had 3 bedrooms. It was our first experience renting an apartment. Usually, we go in nice hotels.
The verdict was unanimous. We loved it!
Because of our lack of experience with renting apartments, we were a tad nervous. Would the premises be at par with the web site? Will the apartment be clean, will the AC be effective…
First, Simona was waiting for us, which was a relief considering the facts that we had 2 cars and that we were in historic Rome. She was very welcoming. She made us feel very comfortable right away.
The apartment was amazing! It had obviously been renovated lately, very nice, very clean and the location was fantastic (less then 50 meters from Piazza del Popolo). Well equipped.
We walked everywhere in Rome from the apartment. Amazing restaurants next door…
Simona even took care of our ride back to the airport.
What else can you ask for?
In Rome, this place is hard to beat. We strongly recommend it.
Thanks so much. You are very kind. I hope you come back. Best regards
