Clean, Comfortable, Well Appointed Home.

  • 5 of 5

We came for the skiing, stayed 10 days. Had 3 adults and 2 college students in the house. House was clean and comfortable with enough room enough for everyone. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this home as a comfortable place to stay.

Great place to stay in Leadville, CO

  • 5 of 5

The location to downtown is awesome on 6th street and walking distance to all there is to do in the highest city in the U.S. The home was very comfortable, clean and very up-to-date. If you are comming to Leadville for any reason, I highly recommend staying at this location.

Exceeded Expectations

  • 5 of 5

This review is long overdue. The property met or exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is excellent, convenient to downtown Leadville and Ski Cooper. In addition, it is an easy 30 minute drive to Copper Mountain, and under an hour drive to Breckenridge. The garage makes this one of the best rentals in Leadville during the winter months. Being from the Southeast we did not appreciate what a huge benefit the garage and off street parking provided. However, we quickly came to appreciate this amenity as we drove past numerous cars parked on the street buried in the snow. My only regret is that this review may make it harder to book the property next year.
