Outstanding option in Leadville
I never write reviews but thought this was an outstanding rental property. Location in Leadville was fantastic. Very clean, well appointed, and modern. Excellent kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. Highly recommend.
Excellent house in perfect location
Wonderful property...modern amenities, loved the heated garage, loved 2.5 baths. Don’t laugh...but the shower has ridiculously awesome water pressure which was a treat after a long day skiing (speaking of skiing...it was 15 min door-to-door to Ski Cooper). Enjoyed ourselves so much we’ll likely come again in the Summer and try that Season in the Rockies.
Cute house that stands out among the neighbors
From first impression when pulling in the driveway until departing, the entire family was pleased with our stay. Our main destination was Ski Cooper. Initially, I was concerned about the drive as we usually stay in ski-in-ski-out resorts. However, my fears were quickly alleviated. The drive was pleasant and took less than 15 minutes. As for the house, our favorite part was the huge sectional we could all pile on to watch TV. This house has pretty much anything you'll need for your vacation. Another bonus is that the owners do not have a lot of chores to do before leaving. I've reserved many homes through VRBO and the majority have a long list of things to do before you can leave in order to get your deposit back. This house had two: make sure the oven is off and turn the heat down. THANK YOU!!
With that being said, I do have one suggestion. Invest in some blackout curtains for the bedrooms. The current window coverings do not block light and it was like daylight all night.
Great Suggestion. I want my guests to be comfortable. I will be installing room darkening shades in the bedrooms.
Repeat customers looking forward to next year already!
Awesome place! Very very clean ! TV and internet are excellent too! Thanks
Very clean! Well equipped with all the essentials. It was walking distance to downtown.
We had a wonderful time with our family. The house was spacious and warm. It was very easy to find and it had all the essentials for a ski trip. We would definitely stay there again!
