Nice location, great views.
The location of the condo was ideal and views were wonderful. However the shower curtain was full of black mold and we bought a new one and replaced it. The couch was dirty and the balcony chairs seating material was torn and neither stable nor comfortable to sit on. The unit did have all of the necessities and some beach chairs and equipment.
Relaxing! Great location!
We could not have asked for a better location! Directly across the street from Johns Pass...We had no idea how much time we would spend there eating and shopping...Very clean and freshly painted.
Short walk to John's pass that has everything you need. Room was very clean. Everything was white. Very quiet and peaceful.
we will never stay here again!!
too much work was being done on the property, first time here in FL for our anniversary of 16 yrs was not impressed at all, beds were very uncomfortable so many gnats. and when trying to reach out to the owner of leaving something behind, got no respnce!!!
We are so sorry for any disturbance from the building renovation work. It has now been completed (May 2019), and the final product looks fantastic! It's ready for our guest to fully enjoy. Thank you!
The condo was very nice, perfect location. Beautiful sunsets! Very relaxing time. Condo had everything needed.
The location cant be beat and the pool and patio...
The location cant be beat and the pool and patio area with the lighted palapas provided plenty of room for anyone wanting sun or shade. Sandy Shores 104 was very nicely decorated, but the couch was stained and did not even appear vacuumed. Several blacks hairs were noticeable on the white couch. Be aware too, the bathroom is very small and tight. Two people cannot get ready at the same time without challenges. Although it is a small thing, some higher quality toilet paper would be a nice touch. Also, the key for the gate to the beach didnt work. We had to rely on the kindness of others to access the beach. When we discovered there was only one beach towel and no beach chairs, iTrip was there within an hour of the call. Jeff was very responsive and kind and took care of replacing them quickly. If you rent through November 2018, the construction is no joke. It is very loud and the elevator was blocked half of the time so you had to use the stairs. Also, there was no assigned parking for 104 so you have to park in visitors spaces.
