Felt like home, loved the POOL!
Everything exactly as listed, no surprises. Very homey & welcoming. Super comfortable beds! Loved the large pool!! Nice quiet neighborhood . Was extremely close to everything I planned to see in Sarasota. Will definitely rent again next time I’m in town . Only thing I’d do is make it super clear that it’s really only two bedroom as the third one is outside without a bathroom. I was aware cause I carefully read the listing, but others seem to just scim over the details & are disappointed later, from the reviews I’ve read . They did say there was airplane traffic at times so I wasn’t surprised when I saw & heard some planes take off, but only noticible when outside, never noticed when indoors. I like that the owner/managers were so upfront & honest about their house so there were no surprises and I was very comfortable there. Thank you.
Absolutely loved the spacious kitchen!
The house was perfect. Very well laid out and set up so each bedroom has privacy. You can tell the home is well maintained and kitchen was amazing!
Beautiful pool. Clean and well appointed. Excellent for couples. Lanai living.

Although it was a bit confusing at the start to be hearing from different names and companies after reserving this property, ultimately the people at iTrip were very helpful and responded quickly to things like burned out lightbulbs that we needed. Unfortunately the pool guy was unable to restore the pool lights and the vacationers before us left with the garage door opener and no backup was available but otherwise this was an awesome property.
Vacation with Friends
With another couple we rented this property for a week in early March. Having the pool heated was a good idea as it would have been cold otherwise and we love to swim. The pool and lanai are the outstanding features of this nice home and the kitchen is set up to serve the house and lanai both. The neighborhood is very quiet and the jets taking off were noticeable only two of the days when the flight pattern changed. We found the beds and pillows too firm and the shower in the master bath awkward to use. Other problems the management team corrected immediately. We took advantage of close proximity to Mama G's bakery, Capt. Brian's Seafood, and Marni's Cuban Cafe. The Publix market was 5 minutes north. Good location. The property is ideal for two couples.
