Why Marty H. chose Palm Springs
Great neighborhood and close to town. One of the original mid century neighborhoods.

Excellent, Beautiful Home!
Marty’s house was the perfect place for our group during our weekend at Coachella. The house was loaded with everything you would need, from Extra Air bed, linens, a fully stocked kitchen for all cooking needs. The fridge and cabinets were loaded with condiments, oils, spices, etc.
He even had beauty mirrors so us girls were able to all get ready at the same time in different areas of the house. The backyard was huge with a nice size pool (didn’t get to swim but I believe it’s salt water) a charcoal bbq grill and lots of seating for hanging out. We were barely there during the day since our group was at the festival but we really enjoyed staying here and would def recommend or come back in the future!
Perfect Week with my Kids
Great location, clean, quiet, spacious and had everything we could need, ...even the little things. Pool was great, a big backyard and outdoor speaker to keep everyone from staring at their stupid phones with head phones on! You will not be disappointed.
Great pool and cosy home
Marty was very accessible and helpful throughout our stay. House is super cute and has stylish retro decor. Loved the Shag prints throughout the house! Not a fancy house but very functional, clean and comfortable. As others have said, the photos don’t do it justice. Loved the gas range and filtered water. Also appreciated the whole bean coffee and toiletries. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was soft and good quality. Oven was not working but Marty did his best to get It repaired during our stay. Fridge has a broken shelf and drawer which limited its storage capacity. There is some airplane noise but it’s not incessant and didn’t bother us, but we also live near the airport so we’re used to some noise. Street is quiet and grocery store is close by. The pool and yard are amazing. Loved the saltwater pool and appreciated the floating lounger. We left another one to add to the collection! Pool is pretty deep, which we really liked. Hubby enjoyed practicing his chipping and I enjoyed practicing yoga in the huge, grassy, very private, fenced yard. Lots of loungers on the pool deck and a couple of umbrellas for shade. Great outdoor sound system - it requires the aux cord, not Bluetooth. Although we didn’t really need it, it was great to have laundry facilities as well.
Not sure if we’ll have the opportunity to stay again as the house is for sale but we would happily book there again and would definitely bring our dog next time. Thanks for a great holiday.
Fun, relaxing, retro vibe with a great pool!
We have stayed at this property twice, and will stay again. The neighborhood is quiet and there's a lovely view of the mountains from the backyard pool. The owner is a wonderful host - very communicative, anticipating guests' needs. The house is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We love the retro decor - SO Palm Springs! Lots of nice touches like pool toys, a BBQ, yard games, etc. I would suggest renting a car or planning to use Uber to get around as there aren't too many dining/shopping options within walking distance. Really convenient to the airport.
A Thanksgiving Holiday to Remember!
Our stay during the holiday weekend was absolutely perfect. House was immaculate, comfortable, and just a very pleasant home to spend time in. We were a short drive to everything, so location was great. Marty was a gem, provided information clearly and was so accommodating and available. Our dogs LOVED the gorgeous huge back yard, they even befriended a neighborhood cat. All in all, I definitely recommend this house!
Beautiful views from this quaint house. The house is very functional with a good, well stocked kitchen. The owner is also a good guy who is always prompt to solve any issues. I would recommend this property.
Central Palm Springs so centrally located just five minutes from downtown. Very convenient to the airport also.

I am not trying to make money on heating the pool but just to recover costs. I will heat it to the 80's for $50 per day or warmer depending on what you want it at but will adjust accordingly. I am negotiable on the insurance and or security deposit and the dog fee.
