This unit is a coveted 'cottage' unit of North Coast Village. The cottage number is A 20 and it is located directly on the southeast corner of the Strand and Breakwater Way at the heart of California beach life.

Coming soon: Directly on the Buena Vista Lagoon in Carlsbad with beautiful ocean views and minutes to beach and Legoland, 2 wonderful vacation rentals. Top floor has 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room and living room. Living areas open up to outdoor decks and balconies that afford panoramic views of Buena Vista Lagoon and the ocean beyond. Buena Vista Lagoon is the only fresh-water lagoon in California and is a pristine bird species habitat.

The lower level unit has 2 bedrooms and one luxurious spa bathroom and kitchenette and opens on one side to a wall of windows facing the glorious view of the ocean and lagoon. This unit has an extended deck to take in the outstanding views. Perfect as a "home base" for families who wish to explore all that San Diego county has to offer. There are stairs down to this unit.

Both units have private gas grills.

Both units have access to a large, grassy backyard that is directly above the lagoon. Since the backyard is so close to the water and there is not a fence separating the yard from the lagoon area, we insist that younger people must be supervised at all times in this area. The lagoon is a state-managed wildlife area and, as such, no swimming or boating is permitted.

Why David Keshavjee chose Oceanside

You cant get much closer to the beach! If you like to people watch (but not be too close-as with the ground floor units), then this is your condo. The Strand is Oceanside's equivalent of a boardwalk that accommodates both pedestrian and vehicular (one-way only) traffic. In the summer it can be packed with people walking, cruising in their cars or on 4-person surrey-top rental bikes or it can be relatively empty as the sun goes down and the beach crowds go home. In the off-season it is traveled much less frequently, mostly by the occasional vehicular tourist and the locals who live along the Strand. MAINLY, THOUGH, THE VIEWS OF THE BEACH AND THE PIER ARE UNPARALLELED!

Absolutely love this condo and location!

Our family of 6 has been coming to Oceanside for the past 5 years or so. This was the first time we stayed in this condo. It was absolutely amazing! We loved being right by the ocean and hearing the waves all day and night. The condo is very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Plenty of space for everyone. David Keshavee was excellent and easy to work with. He always responded to my texts very quickly. We had no problems with anything during our stay at his place and we will definitely be staying here again! Loved it! Thanks David!

Nice Vacation

The property was very nice. The picture of the view is a little misleading as there is a public restroom right across from your balcony. It still was beautiful. It was a family oriented location which we appreciated very much. The pools were nice and heated. We enjoyed the hot tub too. The laundry and parking was easy accessible. It was nice the villa was stocked with chairs and additional amenities for our stay. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your property.

Very nice condo.

Condo was nice with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. it gets a little noisy for a while at night since it is located right on the corner. Things settle down after a little while, then we just fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean. there is a beach bathroom right in front of the condo, so if you want a completely unobstructed view, this is not for you. We did not mind the obstruction, there is still plenty of ocean view and people watching to see.

All & all, a very enjoyable stay.
