Our stay couldn't have been any better fabulous property and management
The property was nicely located to shopping, restaurants and beautiful scenic drives, and just far enough out that you feel in the country. It is a darling old house that accommodated the 2 of us very nicely. Stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are very steep but they are very comfortable and the house is nicely decorated. Ana and Jude are very nice and offer help with anything you may need yet kept to themselves unless we asked. Ana did come over to greet us and ask if we needed anything. She is delightful. I would recommend this property to family and friends.
The property was clean. The owners were delightful and responsive.
This historic (?1920) cottage home was perfect for our one week stay. On the Eastern edge of Boulder it is very conveniently placed for both Boulder itself and the northern Denver metro areas, while being a peaceful refuge at night. Ana is lovely, always happy and smiling. She made us very welcome, checking in from time to time to make sure everything was OK for us. If you are looking for the latest fit-out this is not for you; Ana has tried to preserve the character of an older home - and I like it like that! Two bedrooms upstairs and one and the bathroom downstairs together with a level entry make it ideal if you have someone who finds stairs difficult in your party.
Thank you Ana for a wonderful stay! Your place was ideal for us.
We had everything we needed. The location was ideal - close to downtown, but enough away to enjoy the quiet.
Thank you for you hospitality. We truly enjoyed meeting you and we will be back!

The cute yellow stucco house with the big yard, bushes and trees was a real treat for us. It has good "feng shui" -- we felt the peaceful ambience as soon as we walked in. We joked that it was our fairy tale house; it was super clean, with wood floors, new beds, a cozy kitchen and dining area that brought our family close together during meal times, as did our morning coffee out on the wood deck. We biked on the South Boulder Creek trail nearby, walked to the city rec center along open space and a river, and visited the Pearl Street Mall, about 10 minues away. Lots of birds in the early mornings and evenings. The best part of our trip, however, was Ana, the hostess. She is as nice as her house, a world traveler and art expert who went out of her way to make us feel at home and the trip a success. Many thanks and a top recommendation. Hope to return in coming years.
