This house is very close to everything in downtown Denver. Great value for the location. The walk score is 86 and the bike score is 95! Walk out the front door and two doors down and you are at restaurant row. At your feet are two great restaurants (Parallel 17 and Limon) and a casual bar. Within one block distance are new restaurants, Olive and Finch Bakery, 7-11, and Qdoaba. Walk another block and you will find Starbucks, Einstein Bagels, coffee shops, fast food, bars, restaurants, and shops.
Bike rentals are available across the street and all over the city through Denver's state-of-the-art B-Cycle program. Walk 1.2 miles to 16th Street Mall shopping, lower downtown Denver nightlife, cultural centers, a mile to the Colorado Convention Center and one and a half mile to the Pepsi Center. Short/cheap cab ride to everything. We have limited parking behind our house with free public street parking also available. This is a very clean house with No pets and No smoking, and no Cannabis allowed anywhere on the property.
St. Joseph’s Hospital, Children's Hospital, and St. Luke’s Hospital are two blocks down
City Park and Chessman Park are a few blocks away.
Downtown, Colorado Convention Center, Botanic Gardens, Museums, and the Civic Center are each a one mile walk.
Walk a few more blocks to the Pepsi Center, Denver Center of Performing Arts, the Rockies Stadium, 16th Street Mall and many other attractions.
The Merchandise Mart is 5 miles.
National Western Stock Show is 3.3 miles away.

When we am not hiking, skiing, bicycling, We also enjoy what Denver has to offer. Rockies, Broncos, parks, restaurants, shopping, theater, bicycling, and endless events. The city is growing and changing, and becoming more metropolis by the month. Denver is a fun place to be and we are proud to say it our home.
