Great apartment in a great location!

Class Act is extremely clean and well equipped, exactly as shown in the photos, and its location ideal as a base for visiting Toronto's sites. There is a wide range of restaurants and shops nearby and most of the main tourist attractions are within walking distance. Having the the ability to park the car on site was another reason for picking this apartment. Marge and Cliff were very helpful in answering questions.

Fantastic Accomodations, Great Location, Friendly Owners

My daughter and I spent the week before Christmas and had a fantastic time. The condo was classy and the access to underground parking was a plus. The view of the city from the condo was breathtaking. It was a great location whether you walked or took the subway which was literally next door. Marge was a delight to work with. She even called the day before our arrival to make sure we were comfortable driving (from Michigan) since the weather in Toronto had been questionable. She offered to refund our deposit if we had changed our minds. This is unheard of. If you are going to make a visit to Toronto, I highly recommend this condo.

Clean, classy and cozy

Great location! Walkable to everything. Gorgeous condo had everything we needed in an uncluttered, beautifully designed and spotless space. We highly recommend this choice for an escape to the heart of the city.

Cancellation Policy. We have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel prior to 30 days we will refund your deposit in full.
Cancellations within the 30 day period will only receive a refund if we can re-book the unit for the dates pre-booked.
If anyone books a stay for 2 weeks or more and require Cleaning & a Change of Sheets only, no laundering of towels9 ( Laundry facilities are there for the guest to make use of ), there will be a Charge of $100.00/ visit.
Reduced rates may be offered for longer stays during the winter months.

Call us at 613-210-0729 to make a reservation. We accept Visa or Master Card, 50% on reservation and the balance is automatically taken on arrival.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
