Our 3 bedroom 2 bath, condo - At the Lake, is owner managed. We are lifetime Missouri residents who have watched the Branson area grow into the live music entertainment capital of the world over the past 40 years.

Tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood, 90 feet from the Table Rock Lake shoreline, our condo is located in a quiet cove on Poverty Point, 15 minutes south of Branson, off Hwy 165.

Here you will have easy access to area facilities (including medical care) and activities - including the 76 strip with all of it's shows, restaurants and shops; Branson Landing with Bass Pro shops, fine restaurants, Lake Tanycomo water expeditions on the Landing Princess or Lake Queen Paddleboat, live shows and more; multiple golf courses and miniature golf; helicopter rides; ziplines; wineries; waterparks; Silver Dollar City and other amusement parks and much more. Our location makes it easy avoid the busy peak season traffic on the 76 strip. We are directly across the cove (5 minutes by car – less by boat) from the State Park Marina, where you can rent a boat, a slip, waverunners, take a scuba diving or para-sailing expedition or rent a bike and ride or walk the shoreline and other state park trails. Please be advised that you need to contact the State Park Marina directly to reserve boat rentals, boat slips to dock your boat and any other activities they host. None of these are included or arranged for with the rental of our condo. The State Park Marina recommends advance reservations.

Or, spend your time relaxing in our condo, cove and quiet neighborhood. Walk to the lake shore from our ground level unit to swim, fish or boat. The condo adjoins the patio gathering area overlooking the kiddie playground and is just steps from the private swimming pool with sun deck. On the complex grounds there are benches to sit and watch; horseshoes to play, the patio gathering area that will allow large groups to dine al fresco together, paved parking and a swimming pool.

The condo sleeps 7 in regular beds (1 king, 1 queen and 3 twins). There is also a queen sized sofa bed with a 7 inch thick mattress and an additional 22 inch high queen sized air bed, both new in 2013 and a queen width sofa that could be made up into a bed.

Indoors you will find a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, bar stools and a dining table. The over-sized master bedroom features a king sized bed, twin day bed, ample drawer space, cable TV and DVD, a walk in closet and the master on suite with jetted tub, double vanity, and separate shower. Walk out to the deck overlooking the lake directly from the master suite.

One of the additional two bedrooms contains a queen bed and the other has 2 twins as wellas closets, dressers and cable TVs with DVD players. The main bath has a double vanity with a large soaking tub and shower.

The 32 foot covered back deck has superb lake views and access and has two rocking chairs; a wrought iron table and chairs; as well as a fan and electrical outlets so you can make that home made ice cream! Separate patio doors flow traffic into the living room or the master suite.

Secured wireless or wired internet is free to use.

Overhead fans cool the living room, back deck and each bedroom, if the central air isn't cool enough for you.

The kitchen is ready for the cook with cabinets stocked full of dishes, pots and pans, glasses, utensils, hot pads, linens and more. We have a microwave, toaster, can opener, coffee pot, slow cooker crock pot, blenders, refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, oven/range combo, dishwasher and washer/dryer for your use.

Branson area activities are easy to access and close to the condo. We are:

- 5 minutes by car to the State Park Marina

- one mile south of Table Rock Dam

- Two point three miles from Showboat Branson Belle

- Just over two miles to Moonshine Beach

- Four point six miles from the Conservation Fish Hatchery

- Ten easy highway miles from Branson Landing and the strip

- Six miles to your choice of two full service grocery stores, a medical urgent care center, McDonalds, Sonic, Pizza Hut, Home Depot and more shopping and eating choices

Payment terms:

If you reserve 45 or more days prior to your check in date, 25% of total rental will hold our reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to check in date (including taxes, cleaning fee and damage deposit). Checks, Paypal or credit card payments are accepted when you pay in full 45 days prior to check in.

If you reserve or pay 45 or fewer days prior to your check in date, the total due is required to hold the condo for your stay and no checks are accepted for payment, only Paypal or credit cards are accepted.

In addition to the nightly or weekly rate, there is also a once per visit $90 cleaning fee, and taxes at a rate of 6.1%. A damage deposit of $250 is required with the final payment. It will be refunded within 30 days after your check out date assuming there is no damage and all the terms of the rental agreement have been met.

The reservation process includes signing a rental agreement; sending it and a copy of your driver's license to me via email, me sending you a Paypal invoice (which can be paid by credit card or via Paypal or check (if you reserve and pay at least 45 days prior to your checkin) and then you paying the invoice. After that is all complete, your reservation is secured. I will invoice you again for the remainder of the payment 45 days prior to your checkin date.

Why Marie Hoffmann chose Table Rock Lake

Branson is such a unique area with the combination of beautiful Ozark mountain scenery, live shows of all sorts, home town Midwest hospitality and the ever increasing vacation activities such as hiking, water sports, golf, horse back riding, zip lining, amusement parks and more.

We wanted a property in a holiday location close enough for a few hours drive. Branson fits the bill for us and probably for you as well.

We looked all over the area in 2006 and found this condo right on the lake, in a residential neighborhood, close to Highway 165 with easy access to all that Branson offers and thought it was the best!

What makes this condo unique

The complex is right on Table Rock Lake, with easy access on a gently sloping beautifully landscaped yard.

It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, without other condo developments.

It is on a quiet cove, directly across from the State Park Marina and campgrounds.

We have a pool, a playground, horse shoes, lake swimming, boating and fishing right on the grounds.

Our unit has the most desirable location in the complex, being adjacent to the common patio/gathering area; playground and steps from the pool.

We stayed at the condo for over 9 months Aug 2014 - May 2015. The location is ideal, close to Silver Dollar City, Branson shows, the grocery store and right next door to Table Rock State Park which has every lake amenity one could imagine, including a lakeside paved path we enjoyed in the winter months. From the condo, you can easily walk down to the water and swim or fish. It's on a quiet cove, ideal for young children. For lake views, the ground floor condo is preferable as it looks under the trees and the deck opens onto the community area, which has even better views. In the winter months, you can see out to the main channel. The residential neighborhood is safe, quiet and friendly. No busy streets.



The condo itself has a large lakeside master bedroom and master bath and two smaller bedrooms, all nice. The living space is an open concept, great for entertaining. The internet access is 50mb -- we were able to work online from the condo during our stay without any issues. The owners are very friendly, and took care of our every need. I would most definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

  • The front bedrooms share the main bath which has a double vanity, and soaking tub with shower. The master bedroom has its own very spacious bath with jetted tub, stand alone shower, double vanity and walk in closet.

  • The over sized master suite walks out onto the back deck. Wake up to views of the lake. The on suite has a jetted tub, double vanity sink and stand alone shower. The walk in closet will hold all your vacation clothes and is home to a high chair, booster seat and the queen sized blow up bed - should you need extra sleeping space. Enjoy a movie in the king bed via cable TV or DVD. One front bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and armoire with storage, acloset and cable TV. The other front bedroom has 2 twin beds, an armoire with storage, a closet and cable TV. All 3 have DVD players and ceiling fans.

Delightful Spring Break Getaway

A last minute decision to take two of our grandchildren to Branson for Spring Break resulted in a truly memorable experience for all of us. The condo was perfect for us - being a little off the beaten path of the otherwise crowded location around Hwy 76. However just a hop, skip, and jump from Silver Dollar City and other well-known Branson attractions. The condo is beautifully located just steps from the shore of the lake and had all the amenities we needed. It was particularly delightful to sit on the covered back porch and watch the little ones playing on the playground only steps away. We will definitely be back as the location and peaceful surroundings are perfect for any kind of getaway!!!

Lake, Pool, Kids Park, State Parks, Marina and Silver Dollar City!

We were exceptionally pleased with this property. It was clean, had everything we needed and the biggest bonus of all it was a great location. The lake for our view with direct access just step down from the deck, a playground the young ones could play while we were relaxing, the pool was right there, we went to the state park and road our bikes, and of course easy access to all things Branson.

We have rented many homeaway places in 5 states in the last 12 months and this ranks high in our list.

Nice long term stay

We stayed in the condo for over 9 months Aug 2014 - May 2015. My family and I could not be more satisfied with the condo!!! It is very luxurious and conveniently located very close to Branson. The view from the rear of the condo onto the lake is great. We definitely would like to stay here again. We highly recommend this place! Don't think twice about staying here!!! You'll love it and will not be disappointed!

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Cancellations by guest prior to 60 days before check in date will be refunded in full. Cancellations by guest 59 days to 30 days before check in date will be refunded minus a $100 rebooking fee. If we are able to book your dates with another party at the same rate, we will gladly refund this amount. No refunds for cancellations by guest less than 30 days before check in date, or for early departure. Owner cancels fully refunded. Rental Agreement must be signed by someone 25 years old or older and the signer must stay for the period rented.

Reservation deposits are 10% of total rent plus sales tax on the deposit amount. Checks are preferred for reservation deposits.
