About Joni Panciera
I am a real estate broker, this is the first home I purchased and have fondly restored it over the years. I have lived in the NW for over 30 years and love to hike, garden, practice yoga and travel. This home is a part time residence for me, I live on a nearby island.
Joni Panciera purchased this Bungalow in 1984
Why Joni Panciera chose Fremont
If you are interested in exploring Seattle this is a perfect home base to reach out from with easy access to downtown, UW, and near by businesses. Walk to the Woodland Park Zoo to the north or south down towards Lake Union, Gas Works Park and the Burke Gilman Trail.
What makes this Bungalow unique
I am told the original charm of this home makes it feel very welcoming. The radiant heat is cozy in the winter, and the screen doors allow the summer breezes to flow through. Walking distance to everything you might need: coffee, beer on tap, pizza, italian food, thai, vegetarian, organic ice cream, gelato....grocery store, movie theater....

Sweet little house.
We cooked gourmet dinners every night, even though there are plenty of interesting restaurants within walking distance. Off street parking with easy access to public transportation. Beds are comfortable. Space accommodated four dinner guests one night.
Great home-base for exploring Seattle
This cute, historic cottage was the perfect home-base for exploring Seattle. We loved being in a neighborhood. We could walk to restaurants, a grocery, and Green Lake (with a great trail for running/walking) The home was out of the fray of downtown, but close enough for quick access. We enjoyed the front porch for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen was well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would rent here again.
Lovely Craftsman bungalow in Ballard
Great home base for a weekend or a week in Seattle close to cool neighborhoods and amenities. Joni was responsive and House was clean and very well appointed.
Lovely home in a fun neighborhood.
Wish we could live here! Cozy, well-stocked kitchen, great neighborhood and convenient location. Thank you, Joni!
Cozy and welcoming
This inviting bungalow is cozy, well-appointed and convenient to restaurants, groceries, services and bus stops yet is quiet and relaxing. We stayed a week while visiting our kids in Seattle and had everything we needed for our home-away-from-home. Joni is attentive to any needs. We will definitely try to stay again on our next trip.
Thank you! You are welcome back anytime, I am so glad you appreciated the location and appointments.
Great house and great neighbourhood
We stayed for a weekend in Seattle and loved the house and neighbourhood. We would recommend it and would stay there again.
