This luxury home comfortably sleeps 7 and is fully equipped to meet all your needs: free wifi, gourmet kitchen outfitted by a chef, 3 large flatscreen televisions, 3 fireplaces, 3 patios, linens, bicycles, beach chairs and towels, boogie boards, skim boards, everything! Begin the day with coffee on the tropical patio listening to the trickling fountain; relax in the evening watching the sunset from the third story terrace. It is our home that we share, and we invite your family to make it your home away from home.

This spacious 2800 sq ft 3-story home has three bedrooms with two full and two half bathrooms, a large comfortable family room, a third floor loft with outdoor terrace, attached garage, full size washer and dryer, stainless steel premium gas grill, patio tables and chairs and fire pit. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counters; flooring is patterned travertine stone on the first floor, beautiful dark wood on the second and third floors with brand new carpeting in the bedrooms. The master suite has a balcony overlooking the front patio and a luxury bathroom with double sinks, a separate large shower, and an oversized spa tub.

Grab your swimsuit and come enjoy sunny southern California! This home is owner-maintained and fully stocked with all the essentials and numerous extras, including hair dryers, linens, basic toiletries, small kitchen appliances, spices, pots and pans, books, DVD’s and games. Maid service during the week is available for an additional fee.

Park your car and forget it for the week. Our home is walking distance to local restaurants and shops and churches; Huntington Beach hosts markets downtown on Tuesdays and at the pier on Fridays. Our home is in a quiet residential area, near the beach but also a lovely neighborhood park.

If you want to explore further, Huntington Beach is only 15-60 minutes to all the southern California attractions, such as Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Venice Beach, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica Pier, the Queen Mary, renowned restaurants, world-class theatre, professional sports, numerous golf courses, and designer shopping. San Diego with Sea World and LegoLand is less than 90 minutes south. Catalina Island is a short ferry ride out of Long Beach.

Pets and smoking are not allowed on the premises. Families and couples (over 25 years of age) are most welcome.

Why Beth chose Orange County

We fell in love with Huntington Beach in 2002 and had been watching since then for the perfect property to be our escape from the world. This home fills every requirement: it has been recently upgraded and is close to downtown; it is only blocks to the beach but is in an area that has little issue with 'day-trippers' parking crowds. Most importantly, there is plenty of room for friends and family to visit and has easy airport options for anyone traveling.

What makes this house unique

Huntington Beach community has all the benefits of a small town: everything is close, people are friendly, holiday parades, relaxed living. But it has the added benefit of nearby big city advantages: world class dining, shopping, theatre, and sports. Our home is perfectly located to take advantage of all that Huntington Beach and southern California have to offer!

The built-out closet provides rods for hanging clothes, shelves, and drawers. A vanity and mirror in the room allow flexibility in your morning schedule. Bedroom 3 is outfitted with twin beds. It also has a window seat that overlooks the patio atrium below. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full size bathroom. The third story loft features a new pull out twin size club chair and an armoire for your personal items.

Great location to a lot of fun in Huntington Beach. Within walking distance of the pier, beach and Main St. There were four bikes to ride, so you could be there in minutes. The home was very clean, very beautiful and so comfortable. Excellent kitchen to cook in and very nice bathrooms. Great space outside too. The owner was great to work with and communication was excellent before and during our trip. There's also a property manager available for questions, etc, too. I've recommended this property to friends and would definitely stay here again.
