This modern south facing apartment is large (90sqm) bright, with an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with a balcony off this area overlooking the sea. It has one free parking space close to the apartment door. It is serviced by a local manager should any issues arise during your stay.The living room has a sofa bed, dining room table and six chairs. It has two bedrooms with the master bedroom having a double bed and the other has two single beds. The living room and bedrooms are wooden floored. It has air-conditioning, satellite TV, cooker and washing/dryer machine, DVD player. It has two bathrooms, the principal bathroom has a bath, shower unit, bidet, washbasin and toilet and the other is a guest bathroom with toilet and wash basin. Bathrooms are fully tiled. The apartment is located on the second floor in the front and the first floor at the back (9 steps up) giving easy access to the door of the apartment block. It is very close to a number of beaches and 1km distance from the medieval town of Trogir over a pedestrian track at the back of the apartment. A local supermarket is 400 metres away over the same track at the back of the apartment in the opposite direction to Trogir town centre.
Trogir: Additional Information: Outside the old town is a booming new town which has daily outdoor clothes, fruit and vegetable markets with goods sold at knock down prices. A tourist office is located in the town and trips can be arranged with them . Ferries go to Split, Drevenik Mali and Drevenik Veli islands from the town.

A choice of good restaurants, pizza & pasta bistros, ice cream and cafes. There is a strong Italian influence in the cooking available. Internet cafe and Wi-Fi is available in most cafes and restaurants. Foreign newspapers, outdoor concerts, hair stylists and nail bars are available.
Fruit & Vegetable, Fish and Clothing markets, Supermarkets, Post Office and Bars are also available in the town.
There is a good deal to see in the town such as the famous North Gate to the old town which leads down to the the venetian Cathedral which dates back to the 13th century. Close to the Cathedral is the Town Museum and the Cipiko Palace with some stunning carvings. If you walk along the waterfront you come across the Kamerlengo Fortress.
Outdoor concerts are held in summer months in a square close to the Cathedral.
Nearby : A bus station is located in Trogir with buses going to Split every c.30mins during the day and less frequent at night. Split is c25 kms from Trogir. It is Croatia's second largest city. The old town in Split is close to the harbour, train and bus stations. Ferries are constantly coming and going from the islands
Ferries to the islands e.g. Brac, Hvar & Korcula go regularly. Fast ferries operate 3 times daily between Split and Dubrovnik during high season. A ferry operates between Ancona (Italy) and Split.
Split has a beautiful promenade area with restaurants and cafes close to the ferry port. Additionally there is an old Roman Palace area which dates back to 295AD which was a retreat for the Roman Emperor Diocletian.
Krka national park is near the town of Sibernik is 75 kms north of Trogir. This is well worth a visit while in Trogir. The national park has a landscape of rocks, cliffs, river, waterfalls a number of cultural landmarks.
A travel agent is located at Hotel Sikaa and Gray Line is located close to the cathedral where outings are arranged.
A Interspar hypermarket is located in a shopping mall on the coast road, (Cesta Franje Tudmana) to Split c.30min drive from the apartment
Airports/Currency: Split Airport is a ten minute drive from the apartment. Taxis and car rental facilities are available at the airport.
Flights arrive and depart from many destinations such as London, Bristol, Dublin, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Hannover, Vienna, Geneva, Rome, Milan, Brussels.
Zadar Airport is 125 kms to the north of Trogir. Ryanair flies into Zadar from Dublin, London and other European destinations. A choice of car rental companies are available at the airport. The drive from the airport to Trogir by a good motorway with a toll of c.15 eur. Buses can also be taken from Zadar to Trogir.
