This Central Oregon Coast beach house has prime beach access just across street, and provides up to six guests.

This home is part of the Bayshore Beach Club community which offers a seasonal pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) and a recreation room with Ping-Pong, foosball, and exercise equipment. Badminton is also provided. Please note that to use the Bayshore's pool, you must purchase a day pass for an additional fee.

Enjoy your time in this coastal home with walks on the beach, or drinks on the deck where you can put your feet up, and watch the birds play in the canal. Whether your helping the kids make sandcastles on the shore, or reading a book inside, you'll find peace and tranquility, along with fun coastal adventure on this vacation!

A light, bright living room invites you in, opening up with tall ceiling and skylights to create a nice, open feel. Comfortable sofas surround a seating area perfect for family games and movie night.

Full kitchen appliances, as well as a dishwasher, coffer maker and grinder, and toaster make cooking fun and easy. Stock your fridge with groceries, and entertain your group of six with home cooked meals. A convenient breakfast bar with four bar stools is the perfect place for cereal in the morning, or a spot to socialize with the cook while they prepare delicious meals.

The dining room has seating for four, and opens up to a deck with big sliding glass doors.

The master bedroom is simple and elegant with a big window and plenty of natural light. This room has access to its own private master bathroom. The bathroom has a window for natural light, which is the absolute best when getting ready in the morning!

The second bedroom is a corner room with multiple windows, plenty of storage, and a comfy queen bed. A hallway bathroom has a shower/tub combo and convenient access for all guests. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds, and is a perfect room for kids, or for the kid at heart.

This home comes with Internet, two cable TVs, and the convenience of a private washer/dryer. For a small fee, enjoy the seasonal swimming pool at the Bayshore Beach Club, which is open roughly from Memorial Day to Labor Day. You'll also have your own private hot tub for maximum relaxation!

This beach getaway is perfect for your next family beach trip, or a reunion with a group of your closest friends. You can simply drive up, park, and not get in the car again until you're finished with your stay. Walk to the beach for swimming, kite flying, or shell collecting. However, we do encourage the random excursion to find a great hole-in-the-wall seafood restaurant to enjoy local fare.

                                          ... then this is the place for you!! <br />

                                          Likely big enough to host two couples and two kids, there is plenty of space and the home itself is perfect with (most) all needed vacation items. The kitchen seems new and clean and the stove and sink and fridge are nice. Plenty of counter space for meals. The kitchen table seats four... it COULD be a bit bigger considering the sleeping space accommodates more than four. We don't generally use the TV much, but it was available with a DVD player and lots of good movies to watch, cable also. Very simple, nothing fancy.<br />

                                          The neighbors are CLOSE - so there are blinds for privacy. They were needed, or we would have been on display!<br />

                                          Unfortunately BOTH of the houses on either side of us had construction happening, so we were SURROUNDED by power tools and hammers all weekend. We realize this is not within the power of the owner to control, but we ARE hoping for some kind of response to this feedback to either make good for what was a VERY noisy weekend (woke us up multiple times) or rebate or discount on another weekend. We'd likely go back! It's pretty great! But this construction looked like it was going to continue for a number of weeks, FYI to future renters.<br />

                                          We've done a LOT of vacation rentals, and this rates as a 7/10 with the potential for a 9/10 with a few slight modifications by the owners, which we gave feedback about.<br />

                                          <br />

                                          *** Things to keep in mind based on the status of the place as of 4/3/18:<br />

                                          * Bring your own pet items - bowl, blankets, beds, towels... as the home was lacking in these.<br />

                                          * There are spices available, but minimal.<br />

                                          * Fridge was EMPTY - bring your own condiments, butter, syrup, etc.<br />

                                          * No kettle for tea drinkers, fyi. Bring your own coffee.<br />

                                          * The instructions that were posted within the rental seemed outdated and incorrect, needing updates. We ignored the incorrect items and we have not received any feedback about the other things, assuming that some were current and applicable like starting the dishwasher and laundry before leaving.

                                          Owner's Response:

                                          We apologize if this guest's stay was not as restful as they were hoping. We did extend a discount offer, and we are updating the information we send to guests to indicate the ongoing construction. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not know when construction is expected to be wrapped up.

                                          Sublet through VACASA - Which changed rentals on us.

                                          While we enjoyed the overall stay in Waldport an issue came up that the original rental property was not available when we had requested so we ended up with another rental property. While still adequate it was not exactly what we were expecting. Apparently property management was not handled very well through VACASA and we ended up having to do some minor maintenance (change light bulbs etc.)

                                          Overall the house was clean and had all of the amenities you would need/want during your stay. However, my two major complaints were the bed in the master bedroom, which was nearly unsleepable, and the garage door being open when we came home one day, with no follow up call from manager. Sleeping on the loud squeaky master bed is almost like sleeping on springs with a blanket on top. As for the garage door we called and reported the issue to Vacasa and never received a call back. At the same time I also reported that a screen had been popped off one of the bedroom windows. No call back from management. When you have all of your belongings left in a house while sightseeing you want to know they're secure. A call back to know who accessed the garage, and possibly the house, would have been appropriate.
