This is a great Village Core Location directly adjacent to the two village core lifts with over 1,000 SF including the 2 private balconies. The unit lives and functions like a true 2 bedroom. KING bed in bedroom and QUEEN bed in private loft.

Columbia Place takes ski-in / ski-out convenience to the next level. We are one of the few buildings in the Mountain Village that offer both direct ski-in / ski-out access AND direct pedestrian access to the Village Core providing un-matched convenience. We are located slope-side directly adjacent to the top Chair #1 and the base of Chair #4 in the Village Core. .....and just steps from the Gondola, lift ticket office, ski school, day care, 'The Beach', retail and restaurants, equipmernt rental and everything else to make your ski vacation a hassle free experience.

You will enjoy our updated condo with the king bedroom, queen loft, 1.5 baths and 2 private balconies over looking the ski area and new Capella ice rink. The condo functions like a 2 bedroom unit and sleeps 6 comfortably and in relative privacy on three levels. The bedding is KING bed / QUEEN bed / QUEEN sleeper + FULL futon: There is a custom alder King Bed in the master bedroom (2nd level), Queen Bed in the loft (3rd level), and leather QUEEN sofa-sleeper (upgraded mattress) in the living room on the main level. There is also a FULL futon on the landing just outside the master bedroom.

The unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, granite counters, slate floors, full size dining table for 6; plus wireless internet, leather sofa, Thomasville bedding, Two plasma TV's (32' LCD in living area and 48' LED smart TV in bedroom), DVD / CD player and large private ski locker.

This is the only unit in the building with a king bed, full loft (you can stand up and walk around) accessed by stairs with a proper queen bed.

The condo has two balconies. One balcony is used for grilling on the full sized SS Weber gas grille. The larger balcony offers views of ski area, peek-a-boo views to Mt. Wilson with bench seating and a 4 top bistro table for dining allowing a unique indoor / outdoor experience on those beautiful Telluride bluebird days!

Telluride and the Mountain Village are pedestrian oriented, totally walkablee and connected by the free gondola. A car is not necessary. If you do bring a car, paid public parking is available adjacent to our building in the under round Heritage parking garage below the Madeline Hotel.

Perfect Condo in Mountain Village

We've learned after 20 years of family ski trips that the location of where you stay is key in having the best vacation possible. This condo is absolutely perfectly situated in Mountain Village. Ski rental really close by. You have a ski locker in the hall of the building. You are literally on the slopes a few steps out the door and gliding down to the Village Express lift. Perfect set up for skiing families. Master bedroom very comfortable. There is a pull out sofa in the living room, a futon on the second floor and a queen bed in the loft. We had 3 college girls with us and it worked out perfectly. There is only one shower but again we were having so much fun it was never an issue. Condo has everything you need. If you are family of 4-6 and ski hard, need to get the kids easily to ski school, want to have great family choices for dinner and apres ski near by (Tomboy Tavern is awesome!!) or plan to take the Gondola into town you cannot beat this location. Craig also very helpful in answering all your questions and sends you paperwork that has floor plans, directions and local maps. Will be telling friends about this wonderful condo and encourage them to book a trip to Telluride. We'll certainly be back.

Fabulous Telluride Escape!

This condo was absolutely wonderful!! The location is perfect first of all -- not only in the Mountain Village but right near the gondola and Village Express lift. We walked out every morning, put on our skis right outside the door, and slid into the lift line (where there was never a real line). Inside the condo is great too -- very comfortable and cozy, and well stocked with everything you need. Craig is super helpful and responded right away to any questions. We can't wait to plan our next trip back here!

Beautiful condo right in an ideal spot!

Couldn't ask for a better location! Steps away from chairlifts to the mountain to ski, and right next to the gondolas for going to town or the grocery store. The condo has a very homey feel and made our trip stress-free and fun. Can't wait to head back!

There aren't too many things I would call perfect, but this is one of them!

I’ve stayed here many times in both the summer and winter and cannot over express how much I love this place. It has something to offer in every season. The condo is beautiful, cozy, and has everything you need. You can’t help but love a place that is so conveniently close to everything and surrounded by so much beauty. This is my happy place, and I can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location and excellent place

We stayed here over the busy ski season. This is our third year to visit Telluride for skiing and this is the absolute best location. The condo was very nice and comfortably held our family of 5. We will be back again.

Paid Public Parking is conveniently located in the adjacent underground Heritage Parking Garage below the Madeline Hotel OR in the intercept main parking garage adjacent to the grocery store / gondola station.

Payment:
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the unit. Final Payment of balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Reservations received within 60 days of arrival require full, Non-refundable payment at time of booking. Please refer to Cancellation Policy for Details.
Payment may be made online via VRBO website, personal check or through Paypal.

Reservations are not final or confirmed until we have confirmed your reservation in writing AND your deposit funds have cleared our bank.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation received within 7 days of booking and more than 60 days prior to arrival date is entitled to full refund, less Owner’s processing costs (+/- 10%). Cancellation received after 7 days of booking will forfeit entire deposit. Cancellation received within 60 days of arrival date (regardless of booking date) is NON-refundable and will forfeit full rental amount.
