Also downstairs is one private bedroom with a fantastic lake and night-sky view and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, one with a queen bed plus bunk bed, the other a dorm concept with 3 queen beds. You'll love the feeling of showering outdoors in the upstairs bath with views of the bay!
Relax and enjoy the knotty pine interior around the large river-rock fireplace. Lounge in the sun or unwind with cocktails on two spacious decks, one overlooking Meeks Bay and the other with a view of south shore. The sandy white beaches, boat launch and marina at Meeks Bay are just down the hill, as is the trail-head to the Desolation Wilderness plus many other outstanding hiking and biking trails are just a short drive. Close to restaurants and shopping, as well as easy access to Homewood, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and many more favorite ski areas!

About Terri Connolly
Welcome to our little slice of paradise on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe at Meeks Bay! We have many family memories at this cabin. We were a family of 7 who became 25, and all still enjoy spending time at this wonderful place we call paradise!
Terri Connolly purchased this Cabin in 1974
Why Terri Connolly chose Tahoma
We bought the cabin after camping at Meeks Bay Resort for several summers. The large private lot with a personal view of Meeks Bay sucked us in and continues to bring us back every year.
What makes this Cabin unique
The location in the summer is perfect as you can sit on the deck and feel like you are far away from it all, yet there is so much to do nearby if you want to be more active: A fun, social beach. A bike ride along the lake. Lots of restaurants to choose from along the West Shore or in Tahoe City/Truckee and South Shore just minutes away. More hikes than you can fit in. Shopping and strolling around Tahoe City. Floating down the Truckee River. Sledding, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing in the winter. Boating, swimming, water skiing, wake boarding, kayaking and more in the summer. Late-spring and early-fall offer their own, more tranquil, pace with virtually no crowds anywhere.

Another relaxing stay in Meek's Bay!
Always a great spot to relax and recharge. Hikes, beach time, BBQ...what more do you need? A comfy bed and a great view. We always find it here!
The best Home-away-from-home!
We love this little piece of heaven! Such a great location on the West Shore. The campground beach is amazing this year! Love the Tahoe cabin!
Lester Family Cabin
Our family came to Meeks Bay for a wedding. There were 12 of us, the youngest is 14 and this cabin sleeps 12. We are all used to being together on holidays so I was pretty sure that we wouldn't have space problems, especially since it's summer and we could be outside much of the time. The deck is one of the best features of the cabin. It wraps around 3 sides of the cabin, the furniture is very comfortable, the view is beautiful and it turned out to be the place where we spent much of our time.
The cabin was equipped with everything that you would need, except for personal items. There were plenty of towels (beach & bath), bed linens, paper products, games, books, etc. The kitchen had all of the necessities: full set of dishes, all sizes pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster oven, etc.
I give this a 5 star rating and would definitely return.
A cozy cabin - dog friendly - great views - wrap around deck - hummingbirds!
This is the third year we rented this cozy cabin perched on a hill overlooking Meeks Bay and Lake Tahoe and we love it. The morning treat is sitting on the front deck and watching the large variety of birds including hummingbirds that visit the flowers on the deck. Meeks Bay is one of the quietest spots on the lake and there are lovely hiking trails just up the road at the end of the development.
Thanks Marv, we are happy to have you back each year. We have many guests who come back each year and we love for you to feel like it is your home, too.
This cabin is such a treasure. We've been coming here for years and it is very special! The deck Views are the best. We will definitely be back!
Loved the cabin (again)
We just ended our second wonderful stay at this lovely/comfy cabin. We especially love the wrap-around deck with both morning and evening sun and the view of the stars from the downstairs bedroom! The location is great: on a hill with bay and lake views at the last settlement north of the Emerald Bay parklands - yet close enough to the North and West Shore stores and restaurants.
