Outside you will enjoy a large patio, grill, new outdoor shower, gardens. The house has central air conditioning - it is bright and breezy. It is located on a quiet block that is a great place to walk and bicycle. From Gardenia you can make a left and bicycle to the bay or beach. .

About the owner: This is our home and we have tried to make it very comfortable and pleasing to others. It is fully equipped to help you enjoy the summer on the beautiful beaches of Long Island. We chose this property because, here, North and South Forks of Long Island come together, and here we can walk along the beaches for miles and miles. This is the second largest fishing area after Montauk, and can be reached without the traffic and congestion towns further East. It is a yet undiscovered paradise.
