Are you looking for a luxury Oceanfront Condo on a to fit your Budget? Unit A206 at the Pelican is a remodeled 1-bedroom 1.5-bath Oceanfront Condo that sleeps 4 and could cost you less than $100 per night.
Aside from the fully equipped condo (just need to bring your bathing suit and toothbrush), there is a comfortable sofa, recliner chair and a flat screen TV if you choose to stay inside. In the master bedroom, there is a king size bed and TV for nighttime watchers. The sofa is a queen size sleeper for extra sleeping and a 1/2 bath for your guests.
Let’s not forget about the oceanfront balcony that has plenty of seating to enjoy your favorite cocktail. With families and friends in mind, we purchased a dinning room set that seats six. Also, WIFI is provided so you can stay in touch with the world. If mom & dad want a date night, we can recommend a highly qualified babysitter that we have entrusted with our own children.
We take pride in the function ability of the condo by performing routine maintenance, such as, making sure the sliding glass doors open easily. It is our pleasure to provide you with probably the cleanest condo in town. Our cleaning contractor goes above and beyond in the cleaning of the condo and is exact to detail.
There is plenty things to do other than resting on our white sandy beaches. You can go inshore or offshore fishing, para sail at the Inlet or take surfing lessons (just to name a few). Can’t forget Mickey!!! Disney is less than 1 hour away along with Epcot, Universal Studios & the Kennedy Space Center. To all the racing fans, Daytona International Speedway is just 15 minutes away. Did I mention that we have the best causal seafood restaurants in town? Nothing is like getting a fried fresh fish sandwich with homemade onion rings while enjoying the river breezes.

The queen size bed was very uncomfortable. Every time you get in the bed the sheets and the mattress pad would come off. Gross!! And my favorite was trying to make toast in the toaster that only toasted on one side. Basically everything is from 1980. For the price there are better places to stay.
We stayed most of March this year. It is a nice complex with alot of activities and conveniently located to town and shopping areas. It has a wonderful pool area.
The condo was perfect just what we were looking for thank you!
Super clean condo with a great pool/ beach view from the balcony. The 2nd floor location next to stairs and elevator make pool and beach access easy. We thought unit had one bath but it also has a half bath which was a welcomed bonus. The Pelican complex was very nice and clean. Highly recommend, we'll be back!
First time to New Smyrna and the Pelican. Had a great time and our condo was clean and felt like home. A little confusing checking in with the door code, but the office helped us figure it out. Great people!
We enjoyed our long weekend at the Pelican and would definitely like to come back in the summer for a week! The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The grounds and pool area with all of the palm trees are beautiful which just added the great view of the beach!
New Smyrna Beach is only 30 min to Daytona Speedway, about 1 hour to Disney and about 1 hour drive to the Kennedy Space Center.
