I bought this house for my father to live in, in 2000, and have since decided to use it as a vacation rental, with the hopes of using it as my retirement home someday. While I upgraded it with a vacationer in mind, it is furnished as comfortably as a home, and I hope you will call it your home away from home. If you are lacking in something, within reason, I will do my best to see that your needs are met. I live 40 miles south of town, and while I can't be there in an instant, I will do my best to make sure that your stay is comfortable, and that the house is well functioning during your stay.

This property is perfect for a couple looking for a comfortable spot to base their Madison Valley vacation out of. It is affordable, well appointed, comfortable and convenient. If needed, it can sleep up to 4 people, but is ideal for a couple, since it only has one small bathroom. Ennis is a quaint small Montana town with festivals, a 4th of July Parade, Rodeos, art walks, a golf course, antique and gift shops, a new library, several good restaurants/bars, and a locally owned, old time movie theater, all within an easy walking distance of the house.

What makes this Cottage unique

This little house was one of the original homes in Ennis but is newly remodeled and modern. The location, in the 'old' part of town assures big mature shade trees and the quaintness of small town America. It has a residential/commercial zoning, and is surrounded by commercial buildings, which are used little, so you won't have a bunch of noisy neighbors bothering your vacation time! Off street parking is a bonus, and the close proximity to downtown makes everything in town an easy walk for most.
