Welcome to Hacienda del Club Deportivos Golf and Beach Front Condos!

This is a two bedroom, two bath new condo situated in a beautifully maintained high-end complex with fantastic amenities including a large pool area with two covered gazebos, umbrella tables, a kiddie pool, BBQ equipment, a playground and of course the beach, a swim area and snorkeling. You also have access to a beautiful 18-hole golf course with reduced greens fees and a clubhouse restaurant.

This can be the ultimate perfect getaway for a peaceful, quiet, serene vacation. OR! Just minutes away, enjoy local culture/food, numerous seafood restaurants, music and dancing. Excellent local cuisine-try it all!

The condo is located within a 10 minute or less drive to the best mile of seafood restaurants as well as a SELECTOS, a local grocery store.

There are numerous things to do in the immediate area as well as wherever your adventurous side may take you. See the list of activities below, and google 'Attractions Cabo Rojo and Boquerón, Puerto Rico' and just pick from the list of things to do! Driving around the Western part of Puerto Rico, you will find some amazing sites such as the Camuy Caverns and the must see bioluminescent bay at La Parguera.

Very Clean, Spacious, Great Location with Spectacular View!

We had a great time during our stay at Ben's place. The condo looks even better in person than the pics. Everything was very clean. Linens and towels provided. Pantry had a few things in it- although we bought our own groceries they had sugar, salt, other spices, oatmeal and pasta. I assume it was up for grabs, but we only used the sugar and salt as we'd purchased our own food. The view is spectacular. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, but you don't take any stairs to get to it. The balcony overlooks the garden, pool and has a great ocean view especially to watch the sunset. Ben was very prompt in answering any questions we had. We are originally from PR so we knew our way around but I'm sure he would have been happy to provide recommendations and directions. Location is about 7 mins to grocery store and to Joyuda restaurants. Beaches are 20-40 mins depending on where you want to go.

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is bc there really isn't a beach. The beach across from the pool is full of algae and not suitable for swimming and there isn't a gym in case you sleep in and it's too hot to run by 8-9am. We drove to combate beach and boqueron and had a great time at both of these. It's always nice to stay at a place where the beach is right there. However, we did enjoy the well maintained pool and the condo. We would totally come back and highly recommend this place.

My only 2 recommendations are: I would put a mirror in the master bedroom to make it more convenient for gettin ready and providing more trash bags.

The road that leads to the condo has speed bumps all the way from the main road's gate to the condo's gate. It takes about 3 mins to exit the complex due to these, but hey it keeps everyone safe so please be patient and enjoy your stay!

Owner's Response: Yissel, We are glad you enjoyed your stay! It helps knowing the area, the beaches, and local food/restaurants. We would like to clarify the "algae" in the water for future tenants. It is actually very soft, clean sea grass that provides shelter for some amazing colorful fish! That area is great for snorkeling! As stated on the website and in the information sheet, it is a nature reserve area, and even sea turtles are known to migrate to this area. Estadia en Golf y Playa

El complejo ofrece seguridad 24 horas, para llegar a este apartmento no tiene que subir o bajar escaleras, el apartamento es amplio y muy bien cuidado. Todos los equipos tales como aires acondicionado, cafetera, lavadora, secadora, cable y wifi funcionan sin problema. El apartamento esta totalmente equipado. Tanto el apartamento como las facilidades estan muy limpios. La persona contacto es muy amable esta al pendiente y siempre disponible. Lugar tranquilo (sin ruidos excesivos) y ambiente muy familiar, muchos restaurantes cerca. Definitivamente lo recomendamos.

The place is outstanding, accessible, beautiful condo with all you need inside & outside the condo.

Thank you Ben for your prompt replies. The checking process was easy and the gate staff was corteous. My daughter, my parents and I enjoyed the comfort of your condo which also included a pool. You have everything from coffee maker, all kitchen's utensils, pots/pans to beach chairs and cooler to make the stay comfortable and the vacation enjoyable. Also you have air conditioner yes a plus. The beaches in Cabo Rojo Combate, Boqueron and Playa Sucia are within 20 to 30 minutes all very nice Playa Sucia my favorite. The Mayaguez Mall 20 minutes. The Supermarket and gas station is like 5-7 mins. with many local Restaurant very close too. The McDonald's and Burger King is also very close almost 10 mins. By the way for those reading my review yes we stop at the McD. and BK because they sell local food and I like to see what ex. McD. had Mallorca (local sweet bread) with ham and cheese; Pan criollo (bread from P.R.) with butter or with grill cheese and in BK had sorullitos de maiz (friend cornmeal sweet sticks). In regards to the oceanfront from the apt. the area is too shallow not to swim but nice for a walk in the sand, look at the water or to take a suntan. The pool is clean and the area has two showers. All very clean. I will definitely stay at your place again, outstanding place.

Can't wait till go back!

Ben was great to work with, his place was beautiful it was clean and very roomy and everything you would need from beach towels and beach chairs. The grocery store was very close with great seafood places right on the water. The beach was about 10 mins away the water was claim,clean and warm our son love it and you can get drinks and food their. The lighthouse was about 50 mins away with another beautiful beach. And after a long day back to the pool one day we had it all to ourself. But one thing I am going to truly miss is my morning coffee looking at that view it was just so peaceful I felt like I was on vacation. So thank you again Ben for a truly great vacation looking forward to going back.

Excellent choice in Joyuda

The rental met all of our needs for a 3 night stay on the west of the island. Very clean with all the necessary ammenities & more. I traveled with my husband & 2 teenagers. You do need a vehicle & gps to get to nearby beaches. The wifi access was fair. The owner replies to questions promptly. Thank you for sharing your home.
