About Jeanica Julce or Tom Cox
Licensed Captain and Marina operator. My wife and I lived on this boat for three years.
Jeanica Julce or Tom Cox purchased this Boat in 1994
Why Jeanica Julce or Tom Cox chose Charlestown
It was our ideal vessel for living-aboard. Great location in Boston Harbor, like an oasis in the midst of the city. We lived on Rozinante for three years and chartered her extensively.
What makes this Boat unique
Guaranteed water views. Truly unique and very comfortable - suited well for a romantic getaway or a family of four. All the comforts of home in an ocean going sailboat with a must see Jacuzzi on a sailboat.

The stay was amazing! We appreciate the opportunity to stay and live out an experience, not just a hotel stay. The ship was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We look forward to another stay in the future! Very centrally located. I recommend this as a place to stay and plan your adventures from!
Heat Wave and the Hot Boat
We arrived at the marina between 7:30 and 8:00 p.m. The boat was beautiful from the outside, but it was so hot inside we couldn't stay. The city was experiencing a heatwave and, to make matters worse, the a/c on the boat wasn't working. It was fifteen degrees cooler outside the boat than in. The people, particularly Sebastian, in the office could not have been nicer. We were moved to another boat immediately. The second place was much better. It would cool off when the sun went down and we slept comfortably. It would begin to heat up again around 9:30 a.m., but we were leaving to sightsee around that time anyway. My husband and I loved having a drink on the deck and looking at the skyline at night. The only negative thing I can report is that the carpet REALLY needed to be cleaned but, most likely that would have been taken care of if they had known guests were going to be staying on that particular boat.
Beautiful boat, with AC! Just 10-15 min walk to the north end. Very relaxing and friendly people!
It was a quick Uber ride if you didn't want to walk to the north end. We had a nice spot at the end of the marina where the view of the harbor was great. !
Boat life is not for us
The ship was clean and the staff was extremely nice. They were responsive to any needs we had.
However the ship has very tight quarters and it was difficult for us to get up and down the stairs. Plus the beds were a challenge when you have to get up several times a night
Way better than a hotel!
What a great opportunity. This spacious craft made for an enjoyable first visit to Boston. Sitting on the deck, sipping on a cocktail, watching ships come and go was relaxing and exciting. The motion of the boat was calming and subtle. The location of the marina was a perfect launch for walks into the North End, the USS Constitution, Bunker Hill and, of course, the beautiful town of Charlestown. We enjoyed eating and drinking at The Warren Tavern (we went back three times!) and a fancy lunch at Legal Oysteria. Concerned about staying on a cramped boat? Not in this case! The bathroom is smaller, but well equipped, it even has a shower. And a huge jacuzzi in the next room over! The berth-style bed was very comfortable, but took some maneuvering to enter and exit. Morning coffee was an easy preparation, the fridge and freezer were great. We will be back!
It was lovely. Wish we had more time!
A great change from staying in a hotel. Wish we had stayed longer!
Dozens of Boston's best restaurants, museums, parks, and historical sites within walking distance. USS Constitution sailing vessel next door. Pool and barbecue area on site. Minutes to Museum of Science, Faneuil Hall, Paul Revere's House and many other local attractions. While parking may not always be available at the marina there is always parking available at the parking lot next door to the marina.
