Wonderful, peaceful getaway!

  • 5 of 5

We had a lovely time during our kids' mid-winter break at the cabin. Its got a very cozy and rustic feel to it, and had everything we needed during our stay. The location is great to access Sequim restaurants and stores, but also feel like you're in the woods.

Quiet and Peacefull cabin with a soothing hot tub and great view

  • 5 of 5

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this cabin near the sequim bay national park and it was wonderful. The cabin was a 10 minute walk from the local park and the hot tub provided a relaxing and soothing start and finish to our days there. We had a great time enjoying the fresh air and escaping from the daily grind of work and life. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Quaint & Cozy

  • 5 of 5

Four friends get together once a year (for the past 7 years - CA, OR and WA residents) and this year we chose the PNW. We usually camp, but decided to stay in a cabin due to the time of year and rainfall. We tend to be picky, but are not divas - and two of the 4 of us are architects - so aesthetics count. The cabin was easy to find and the lock box was convenient and easy. Situated right on the water. We were "ooooohing" and "awwwwing" the moment we drove up. We all agreed that the layout was great and appreciated the mud room. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of towels. The hot tub was a bonus and was perfect after a chilly day meandering along the Dungeness Spit. We will definitely be back and would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet getaway haven along the Olympic Peninsula.

My best friend and I used to backpack together every summer. For quite a few years, however, this has not been possible due to a back injury. Every since, we've been on the hunt for a perfect getaway cabin, and we believe we've finally found it! This place is absolutely ideal in a variety of ways. It's incredibly private and secluded. There are other homes relatively nearby, but no visibility due to the density of trees and vegetation. The deck is spacious and designed for comfortable outdoor living with a lounging furniture and hot tub right outside the sliding doors. You can view the water and birds by day and the stars by night. The kitchen has all the basics and the central living area of the home is cute and very cozy and comfortable. We loved the wood burning stove in the corner which effectively took off the chill our first night there. The beds were comfortable, the bedding warm. We enjoyed finding our way down to the beach, exploring trails in the area, etc. One evening we went into Sequin for dinner and found a fantastic restaurant just 10 minutes away. Grocery shopping was even closer. For those who want to venture out, there's plenty to do nearby. We were content, however, just hung out most of the time, relaxing and enjoying the amazing natural beauty. The sense of seclusion was a little reminiscent of backpacking, while offering the amazing comforts and amenities at the same time. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this cabin for a rustic and deeply comfortable experience.

Great Property

  • 4 of 5

This is a really nice property and if you ride bikes this is a great location. Nice cabin and a great hot tub. The management is just great as well and really nice to work with. The only negative thing would be if your a hiker and your coming back from a wet hike there isnt a washer or drier to take care of your wet clothes. But other than that a perfect place for a nice relaxing stay, I'd recommend it. PS - Beach access is only available at low tides.

Perfect Retreat

  • 5 of 5

My husband, myself, and our little dog stayed here over New Years. We fell in love with it as soon as we arrived! Its so cute, and perfectly tucked away. We had a fire burning the whole weekend, providing the perfect cabin ambiance. We spent much of our time in the hot tub, located on the back deck with an open view of the water. It was incredibly tranquil! (The Owners found our underwater camera in the filter and were even nice enough to mail it back to us!) The Owners provided a book with local attractions and we checked out many! We went to the Olympic Game Farm (it was a hoot! But you may want to have a car you are not worried about...), we went to the Lavender store (obsessed!), and we did many of the local hikes(there are hundreds right around the cabin. The Dungeness Spit is definitely worth checking out!) It was the perfect getaway and we cannot wait to return! Its a gem!
