Nice house and good location.
Used as an overflow for guests over Memorial Day weekend. Worked out very well. Big, open house in an excellent neighborhood.
This is a beautiful, spacious house located in the center of it all. Close to parks, hiking trails, shopping, restaurants and most importantly close to our family.
The wine , fruit basket, pastries and the orange juice were a really nice personal touch! And greatly appreciated by our travel weary bodies.
Thank you for having a puzzle to build! We had a lot of fun doing it!
Beds are comfortable and nicely appointed.
Water pressure is phenomenal! And plenty of towels & wash cloths, but the turquoise ones shed horribly!
The open concept kitchen/family room allowed us to interact with each other even while cooking/cleaning.
The backyard is perfect for grilling!
Amy is amazing! From answering all our questions before booking, to helping us with my octogenarian parents needs, to being flexible when the airline changed our flight! We really appreciate YOU Amy!
Here is why we were unable to give you 5 stars:
When we pulled up to the house for the first time our observation was beautiful house but the yard needs to be mowed (neighbors also commented on this). *photo
Back door was unlocked when we arrived.
Someone had spilled sticky down the hall to the 2nd bathroom, which we mopped up. Looks like coffee or Coca-Cola.
Shower curtain in second bathroom has red mold growing on it. *photo
Both lightbulbs over dining room table we’re burned out -we replaced them with bulbs from over the dryer, but I don’t think it’s the right kind of bulb so someone should look at that. One flickers.
Ceiling fan in the queen bedroom makes too much noise. It may just need to be re-balanced, or replaced?
The clock over the fireplace needs a new battery.
Both the master bedroom and the queen bedroom should have 2 nightstands. It is obvious that other people have used the dining room chairs as nightstands in the past.
There is a screen off of a window in the backyard on west side of house. And 3 wasps nest by that window. *photo
Two boards are coming up in the center of the patio. *photo
There is no weatherstripping on the front door at the bottom. You can see outside, makes for poor insulation and bugs enter the house here. We rolled up a towel to stop this. *photo
Behind the master headboard there is a phone jack falling out of the wall. (I had to assure my 85 yr old father and my 76 yr old mother that it was not an electrical hazard.). *photo
We were only able to sign in to Ginita distance. Dogs rule must have had a password change? This wasn’t a problem we just think you need to know.
If we had had more cleaning supplies available to us we would have cleaned more throughout the week. Windex, Clorox spray or something to that effect would be good to have in the house. And a new mop head is needed.
We broke 1 small stemless wine glass from total wine while we were doing dishes. Let me know if we owe you any thing for it.
It would’ve been nice to know there was someone living in the garage before we booked the rental. They were very nice people.
If you want guests to recycle, you need to give them a trashcan and a recycle can in the house.
Hi Kendall, Hope the graduation was a huge success (I know how stressful travelling can be with large groups so we're gad you made it home safely). Thank you for taking the time to leave this review - I appreciate the kind words, and we truly appreciate the feedback. We are always looking to improve the guest experience so we have already scheduled our maintenance crew to address some of the issues in your review. If you have cause to be back in Austin, we'd love to have you stay with us again! Thanks again for taking the time to leave this review, -Amy with iTrip
The description provided couldn’t not have been more spot on when it says 20 min from downtown Austin. This house was so close to everything, no matter which part of the city we wanted to hit, our gps would always advised ~20 minutes. We rented a vehicle which I’d recommend for daytime activities. Even with the truck, we still uber’d into Downtown nightly, those probably averaged only $20 a ride, it was perfect.
Overall, this trip was great and a very modern house just outside the city was a huge part of that. Highly recommend for a group weekend away.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review and for being such great house guests! We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you will come back and stay with us in the future.

Circle C Ranch
It was a very nice neighborhood.
Glad you enjoyed your stay - please come back soon! -Amy with iTrip
Nice house , great location
I only gave 3 stars because the house needs updates and a good cleaning. There was a lot of insect activity, and a critter in the attic at night scurrying and scratching. But overall we enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room to spread out and the fruit basket and wine was an extra nice touch.
Heather, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We have had guests in and out of this home, almost back-to-back, and there has been no mention of the critters in the attic so again, thank you for pointing this out - we will have this addressed immediately. In addition to post-guest stays, we do quarterly deep-cleans and this is on the schedule!
Hope to have you back,
-Amy with iTrip
Vacation in Austin and plan a memorable trip in one of the top destinations in Texas! This lively urban center attracts millions of people a year who enjoy an eclectic mix of culture paired with local charm.
Although best known for live music, Austin offers guests plenty of outdoor activities, historical sites, arts and culture, sports and nightlife. No matter what type of vacation you plan, the city welcomes you to try it all.
Venture from your Austin vacation rental and head into the great outdoors. The city's location borders the Hill Country region, which includes several lakes suited for water recreation. Among the top things to do, visitors love boating, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, swimming year-round in Barton Springs Pool and cruising. Off the water, families can plan special tours, go hiking and biking, rock climbing, play golf, visit local wineries and take a relaxing horseback ride. Kids won't want to miss the Austin Zoo, Austin Aquarium and mini-golf.
The fun doesn't stop there. The city has grown into a popular place to live and visit, all while honoring its culture and heritage. Top landmarks include the Texas State Capitol, Mount Bonnell, Congress Avenue and University of Texas-Austin, home to the Texas Longhorns college football team. Those looking to immerse themselves in art and culture will find dozens of art galleries and museums. The most popular include LBJ Presidential Library, Bullock Texas State History Museum, Thinkery, Graffiti Park and Blanton Museum of Art, to name a few.
One of the top ways to experience Austin's cultural diversity is attending a festival. The city hosts at least one a month, celebrating music, rodeos, food, art and more. Signature events include SXSW, Austin City Limits Music Festival, Urban Music Festival, Republic of Texas Biker Rally and the Armadillo Christmas Bazaar. If you enjoy Grand Prix racing, you’re in luck because Austin is home to Circuit of the Americas (COTA). The city also has districts that honor and celebrate African American, Latino and Asian customs and traditions.
This thriving city may be packed full of activities and attractions, but no Austin vacation will feel complete without experiencing its live music and nightlife. In fact, Austin is known to many as the “Live Music Capital of the World,” due to its 200-plus music venues and thousands of shows a year. Visitors who want late-night options can explore dozens of bars, comedy clubs, theaters and nightclubs.
When it's time to fill up, sample Austin's food scene. Vacationers will find hundreds of restaurants, serving both traditional favorites and international flavors. Satisfy your craving and select from seafood hot spots, steakhouses, dozens of Tex-Mex and traditional Mexican spots, sushi, gourmet and famous Texas-style barbecue. Don't forget to stop at one of the food trucks for a quick bite and to chat with friendly locals.
Before heading home, experience some of the best shopping in Texas. In Austin, groups have access to both big-box shopping centers and boutiques, selling everything from Western apparel to souvenirs and handmade items created by local residents. To browse boutiques, visit the 2nd Street District, an area lined with locally owned shops. Or spend the day at The Domain, home to well known brands and independent designers who focus on a buy local approach. Families who have more time can also enjoy pampering at one of the many spas in the Austin area.
