Our house is set up for comfort and flexibility. There are 3 bedrooms, two have queen beds and one has twin beds. We also have a futon in the ground floor family room that opens into a double bed. Central A/C keeps everyone cool in the summer.
The center of the house is the new kitchen and living room on the main floor. The kitchen has the latest appliances including a versatile and powerful Jenn-Air stove, new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and other appliances. Paul’s family was in the food and restaurant business for many years and you’ll find everything you need if you decide to cook at home.
Both the living room and kitchen have new hardwood floors that are a cinch to keep clean with the vacuum.
The living room seats 8 people on two couches. Entertainment consists of 56” flat screen TV with cable and Blu-Ray player in the living room We also have a 30” HD tube TV with cable (yes, it’s obsolete, but the picture is great) and a DVD player in the family room.
The ground floor family room doubles as an extra spacious bedroom with a futon bed, a full bath and TV.
Outside there is a porch & with an outdoor table seating 6-8, a grill stocked with propane, a large yard and a sense of peace and tranquility that is hard to come by. The house is a last one on a dead end street, and the street backs into a wooded area. You’ll see bunnies and occasionally turkeys in the front yard in the twilight hours.
It’s also an easy drive to great restaurants of all types in Hyannis, Yarmouth and Dennis. Hit the ferries to the islands of Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard, take the kids to a mini-golf, trampoline park, many beaches or just unwind with a book in the shady backyard.
