REMODEL COMPLETED in March 2014. Great fall and winter rates.

This condo is now a full 2 bedroom, 2 full bath with 2 king beds, queen sleeper sofa and bunk beds. Beautiful stainless steel appliances, washer/ dryer combo and much more

2 beroom/ 2 bath condo has amazing views. ENJOY OUR HEATED POOL. Enjoy the fireworks at Moody gardens on a summer Friday or Saturday night. Your view provides you an expanded look down the Seawall toward facing the east and does not look at the Marriott.

The view in the photos is 100% accurate. New linens and items that all enjoy for their stay have been updated.

The Marvilla is located at the west end of the historical Seawall and is a bit more quiet then some of the hotels and condos with kitchenettes located around 61st street. We are a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the island yet minutes from all the fun.

Enjoy a nice walk down the Seawall and enjoy all our island has to offer. This condo gives you a chance to bring the larger family down for an economical week or weekend of fun versus hotels that do not have the added advantage of cooking in a full kitchen.

Why Christina Stevens chose Gulf Coast

This property features 3 wonderful pools on the grounds and in my opinion has some of the best kept grounds on the island. We do have a heated pool as well for the fall, winter, and early Spring months.

We have covered parking under the complex and the most important things is a family can come down and spend some time together in an affordable atmosphere versus a hotel that does not give you an chance to cook all your meals if you prefer to not eat out your entire trip. This view is really breathtaking as well.

What makes this condo unique

This condo sleeps 8 and will have 2 full baths for Spring 2014. The condo was sold at the end of 2013 so the new owner is excited about remodeling. We look forward to updating the listing with more news about our 2014 changes.

Nice and cozy

Had a good experience at this property. Has a small issue when we arrived but it was quickly taken care of the next morning. Bathrooms are smaller than I would have liked but we made it work. Pics make condo look way bigger than it actually is. Not saying anything bad about the place just helping future travelers.

Updated condo in great location

The descriptions and pictures were spot on. Everything in the condo has been updated; the washer dryer combination worked well and it was well supplied with little things that everyone forgets. The kitchen has reasonable amount of pans and loads of dishes. The swimming pools and hot tub are well maintained and nice, although I wished they opened earlier, I like an early morning swim. Beautiful sunrises from the balcony and the little road noise was washed out by the beautiful fountain just outside the condo balcony. The Complex itself is a bit older, but well maintained and the staff were top notch and friendly. We did have trouble getting internet in the condo; but the office had easy access and a lounge with coffee; so I didn't even bother with it in the condo. The living room and balcony had ample room for my morning yoga. I will definitely stay again. My sisters and I had a great time visiting everywhere on the island. The condo made our stay that much more relaxing. And, my sister says I must mention how lovely the condo was decorated; everything worked well together. Thanks for a great retreat space.

We had a pleasant stay

We had a pleasant stay. The condo is recently remodeled, spacious and clean. It is nicely furnished with a distinctive feel of a beach house. It has a large balcony with a view of the gulf – fantastic for having coffee in the morning. The properly has a several well-maintained pools. Parking is very convenient. The condo is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We loved the experience and highly recommend it.

Loved our stay ! Clean and updated!

We were very pleased and relieved when we arrived at the condo. Parking was great. Very clean and updated in inside if the condo The grounds and pools were very well maintained. Not within walking distance to beach or most restaurants but was not a big deal. Loved waking up every morning and sitting on our large patio looking out at the ocean! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone and would definitely love to stay here again!

The Maravilla is centrally located to all you could want to do on our wonderful island, yet it is at the end of our historical Seawall going west away from some of the main traffic. Very close to stores, Moody Gardens and other attractions are only mere minutes away.
