Apartment, 1 Bedroom, 1.0 Bathroom, (Sleeps 4)
Loved the apartment. Great location for MD Anderson
Great view and facility. Needs a TV in the bedroom for those that cant sleep without one.
Even better than I hoped
Everything about our stay was incredible. I noticed other reviews for this apt mentioned it was a little light on cooking stuff- even though they were correct- there was enough for light cooking - but no spices- just salt & pepper. BUT- there’s SO MUCH great eating around there- go out! And if you insist on spices - grocery stores are a short drive or train ride away. The little Java Lava Brew across the street was awesome. Serves all meals & has amazing coffee & booze Too! Apt is also RIGHT on the train into town so you have so many options! Museums are all five blocks away (at very most)- so super
Easy walk & save $ on parking!
The apt itself is so clean & so comfy. All furniture including the bed! Great water pressure in shower , a giant tub & the a/c was powerful! So cozy! And the view of the city was just incredible. The workout room & pool were great too. You can see the pool from this unit which I loved
So I could tell when it was crowded or not before gearing up to go! I will DEFINITELY rent here again. There’s several units this company owns in this building & they all look great. I look so forward to renting more
Of them. The valet service is so nice & easy as well.
Great Luxury Condo in Museum District!
We loved all the amenities and location of this unit.
It is situated in the museum district where you can essentially walk to all of them along with a beautiful park which connects you to the Houston zoo!
There are also many great restaurants within 5 min driving of the area as well down Montrose Street.
The only thing we struggled with was some of the cookware not being big enough for what we wanted, and you will need to purchase cooking oils and spices etc (which is fairly common).
Oh and their is ample parking on the street, or you can take advantage of the complimentary valet service!
We loved it here and would definitely recommend to someone else.
Beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Houston skyline!
My daughter and I visited Houston for the first time for her college spring break. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated and in the perfect location and walking distance to the Fine Arts Museum and the Museum of Natural Science; we visited both. It was also a short walk to the Museum District METRORail stop which we took to and from the NRG Stadium to see the rodeo and the Old Dominion concert. What an amazing event! The valet parking attendants for the apartment building were super nice and professional, and everyone working at the front desk were always helpful. Several wonderful restaurants were less than a 10 minute drive, including Arnaldo Richard’s Picos which is a must try if you are in the area—incredible food and service! Since we enjoy leisurely breakfasts and having coffee in our PJs, we cooked our own breakfast at the apartment; we shopped at a small Kroger grocery store also less than a 10 minute drive. The kitchen could use some more pots and pans. There was only one tiny skillet that we used to make omelettes, but we made do. We also visited the Houston Zoo and Hermann Park; we took the car since it was also a short drive. We could easily have taken the METRORail as well. I miss waking up to the amazing view every morning and seeing it at night. If we ever are in Houston again, I’d definitely stay here again! I can’t say enough good things!
Great people to work with. Easy in, easy out. Love the location. Great views!
This is my second review of this apartment. We are in Houston every three months and have found this apartment has made the trek so much more enjoyable. It is in perfect condition with most of what you need for a few day stay. The building is in great condition and the area is quiet but close to the museums and medical center. Gaining access is a breeze so no matter when you arrive, you are whisked right in. I look forward to our next stay!
