Beachfront Condo with spectacular views of The Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass. Pleasantly furnished and decorated with a tropical feel, this 2 BR, 2 Bath, 3rd floor condo will help create lasting memories. Relax on your own private balcony while watching the fishing boats sail thru Perdido Pass or the dolphins swim in the gulf. This condo has all the amenities you need to enjoy your beach vacation including a 40” flat screen TV with DVD player and stereo system. The living area has plenty of room, high ceilings, and comfortable furnishings so you can relax. Your kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, even a few items you may not have at home. Enjoying your food and beverages outdoors is a vacation tradition. On the patio you will find a table with four chairs, a lounge, and additional seating. Inside, the dining area has four chairs and dining table along with two bar stools at the bar. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms with a sink, vanity counters, and bath/shower combo. In the master bedroom suite is a king-sized bed, a 42” flat screen TV, and access to the balcony. Your guest bedroom has two queen beds and a 37” flat screen TV as well. All linens are provided, and no need to bring your entire wardrobe – full size washer and dryer included in the unit.

A $110.00 cleaning fee will be added to each rental. Taxes are 13%. We add a 3% charge for credit card charges. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Contact the owner at 517-282-4967 for details.

We are Mike and Peggy from the Michigan. We love boating on the great lakes and hope to retire soon. The eventual plan is to spend six months down south and summers up here in Michigan. We can't wait to spend more time in Alabama. It gets cold up here in the winter....We have enjoyed the sandy beaches and lovely backwaters of Alabama for the past 19 years.

A two bedroom in Phoenix East fits the family just fine. There is so much to do in the area and never enough time to do it in.

Great time at the Beach with wonderful accommodations

We found our rental to be clean with adequate amenities. Our favorite spot besides the beach was the balcony on our condo. Whether it was in the morning, late afternoon, or at night we spent most of our time on the balcony. The best way to describe it would be RELAXING.

Quiet and peaceful.

New carpet and furniture! Wonderful view. Great vacation, it was just too short. Mike and Peggy were easy to deal with and very helpful on where to eat and what to do. We'll be back!

Spring Break with the family

The condo was very nice and spacious. Although the weather was a little cool for this time of year, the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The condo overlooks the beach and we were able to wake up to beautiful sunrises.

This is a family-friendly beachfront town with miles of sugar-white sandy beaches. Phoenix East is located 1/4 mile from wonderful dining, shopping, Jet Ski and Parasail rentals, and fishing charters at The San Roc Cay and 1 mile from the famous Flora-Bama Lounge. Only a short 30 minute drive to the Pensacola Naval Air Station, home to The Blue Angels (see their practices!), and the Naval Air Museum, a rival to the Smithsonian. You can also stop by the Wharf Amphitheater, home to fabulous shopping, restaurants and concerts, or golf at the best courses in the south –beautiful Kiva Dunes and Peninsula Courses in Alabama or the Lost Key Course in Florida.
