Watch sunrises over the West Maui mountains and sunsets over the blue ocean from our 2-bed 2-bath condo located at the luxurious Honua Kai Resort. Our condo is located on the 4th floor in the preferred Konea tower which also houses the newly expanded fitness center, Ho’ola Spa and Whalers Pantry.
At 1250 sq ft plus a 230 sq ft lanai, our condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. King sized beds in each bedroom (one king can be converted into 2 twins upon request), queen sleeper sofa and a pack n play allows for flexible sleeping arrangements. Both bathrooms have double sinks, tub and a separate glass shower. You’ll also find designer finishes such as granite counter tops, Bosch stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer and HD TVs. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler are also provided.
Our lanai also has more privacy with the neighboring lanai only on the left side and an expansive green lawn separating us from the other tower. So open up the fully retractable lanai doors and enjoy the sweeping mountain views and island breeze.
Honua Kai is 38-acres of beautifully landscaped beach front property located on the world famous Kaanapali beach. Amenities include 3 pools (infinity lap pool, family pool with slide, and lazy river), 5 hot tubs, Viking BBQ grills, fitness center, Ho’ola Spa, Whaler’s Pantry and Dukes Restaurant. Honua Kai is the perfect base for your island adventures and only minutes to Lahaina, Whalers Village and Kapalua.
CONSTRUCTION (April 2018) - Construction has begun for the development of 18 four-plex low-rise luxury townhomes known as the Luana enclave. Please see photos for conceptual plan of Luana and the area as viewed from the lanai of our condo. The existing ocean and mountains views from our 4th floor condo will still be visible. Updates will be posted as we learn more about the project.

Great family friendly resort
Valet staff was great - nice pools and condo itself was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend!
We just enjoyed a wonderful 10 night stay in unit 404. The unit is beautiful and spacious...just as advertised. Everything worked great. The lanai is huge and a perfect spot for morning coffee. This unit has views that are stunning! You get ocean view and we were able to see whales in the morning and you also get amazing Mountain views. Pool and beach access was very close. We like this side as it was quieter and being a unit closer to the front there weren’t any lanais blocking our view. The beds were comfy. Bathrooms very spacious. Plenty of staff around. The valet guys were helpful and friendly! Would highly recommend this unit!

Our family of 3 stayed in K404 for 3 weeks in January. The resort is amazing and so kid friendly. The suite itself was fantastic and had everything we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Honua Kai is a wonderful property. Our rental was especially impressive. Our unit was amazingly clean and obviously well cared for. There was more than enough room for the 5 of us and I just appreciated all the details that was taken care of. (As a side note, we had family stay at the Westin Nanea next door and our unit was much better. The staff at Honua Kai was also superb, very friendly and informative. When we return to Maui, we will definitely stay at this property again! Mahalo!!

PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE A $49 non-refundable fee is required for all reservations and provides coverage for accidental damage of Owner property during Guest’s stay, up to $1000. Guest will be responsible for damages that exceed $1000. Any damage must be reported to the Owner in writing before check-out. Minimum night requirements may apply.
