1st Floor waterfront condo located on 28th street on the Bayside in Ocean City, MD.

It's about 3 blocks away from the beach, 1 street north of the end of the boardwalk and is in within easy walking distance to many restaurants, miniature golf and Ocean City's largest amusement park: Jolly Roger Park which is a great place for kids.

The condo has a sliding door in the back where you can view the bay.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed with its own full bathroom including a standing shower.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4).

Two private parking space plus street parking.

SMART TV/DVD - We felt that since this is a vacation home, renters tend to be too busy for TV but during their down time or rainy days, instead of cable, we provide the unlimited feature of NETFLIX streaming movies.

Complimentary WiFi

You do need to bring your own bed sheets/pillow cases. Toilet papers, paper towels, beach/bath towels etc.

Property Damage Protection (PDP) or Refundable Security Deposit?

I highly encourage you to do PDP over refundable security deposit due to large credit card transaction charge. If you decided to do $1,500 refundable security deposit, you'll lose about $45 due to credit card transaction.

This place is more than just a rental unit, it is also our beach home where we spend time with our family and friends making beach memories. We want the same for you because we were just like YOU. We used to come down here and rent units all over Ocean City and finally settle on a place we call our beach home. We want to share our home with you so you can enjoy Ocean City and what Ocean city has to offer.

Why Todd & Elizabeth chose Ocean City

Our location is perfect because we're between several favorite hot-spots and yet we're in a seclude location where it's quiet. We are not near any hotels or motels. We are close to Jolly Ranger

What does this mean for you? Less people and a quiet and relaxing get-away awaits you! The beach is just blocks away and the beach is not packed with people - even in the peak of summer. When we go on vacation, we like to rent a place that has everything we need so we have less to pack and less to purchase when we arrive. This is the mindset we have when offering our condo for your vacation. As you read the descriptions and reviews, you'll see we really do try to stock all those incidentals and accessories.... whether it's in the kitchen or for the beach you should have most of what you need at your fingertips. We spend a lot of time off season making changes and enhancements to the condo to continue to provide our guests a pleasing vacation get-a-way. We have many guests that return year after year - certainly speaks to a positive vacation experience that they want to stay in our condo again! When renting private homes, keep it mind it is a 'stay-it-forward' system. It is important that you leave the condo super nice for the next guest.

What makes this condo unique

Many does not know this, 27th street beach have a public bathroom!!!!! This is very resourceful for our renters to walk to our 28th st beach knowing that there's a bathroom a block away. Other benefits is the quiet mornings with coffee on the balcony! :)

Another great week in OCMD!

This is our 2nd year staying at Elizabeth and Todd’s condo. The location is perfect! 2 blocks from the beach and perfectly situated on a channel. We traveled with our 2 kids, ages 9 and 10 whom love the condo as well. We are looking forward to summer 2019s family trip.

We loved having a a view on the bay. The home was clean, check in process was very simple and easy.

Great location and quiet, but not a favorite

Definitely a great location! This unit is located at the end of the block and a good distance from Coastal Hwy so there isn't much street noise. The back deck is awesome for morning coffee! The kitchen definitely had everything you might need while on vacation. We liked having the lock box on the door to securely leave the key when we were not going to be returning to the condo together.

For a family of 4, this unit is quite small. There was no where to put our luggage away as the storage containers belonging to the property owners were stored in the closest's. The only open cabinet space was the 1/2 cabinet above the stove hood and the single,narrow cabinet next to the refrigerator. Everything is very dated, and not very clean. The face of the oven door had a bunch of stuff on it. Enough that I opted to clean it myself. The blind on the kitchen window had a bunch of splatter on it. The microwave was uniquely placed on top of the refrigerator. I am only 5'1. Definite potential for burn injuries with this scenario! The carpet was dirty and in need of replacing. There was a heavy musty smell when we arrived, but dissipated some over our stay. The master shower was very musty each time we went to shower, and very small. I could not bend at the waist without my backside touching the wall behind me. The master bed wasn't too bad, but does have a dip in the center, and very noisy just rolling over.

My experience with he rental company was not warm and fuzzy. I made the reservation with all of my payment information etc. then awaited approval from the property owners. They were outside the 24 hour window to respond. No big deal we thought. Continued with signing rental agreement etc and forwarded on to the owners. This took place on Saturday evening. Monday morning when I woke up I had an email from VRBO stating that they required my payment or the reservation would be lost. Long story short, I spent the next two hours on the phone with people that didn't speak very clear english, reading from a script, trying to find out what happened to my original payment, and how I could apply the new payment. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told two different times, "they are engaged in other calls". It cost me 2 hours of leave from work, enormous frustration, and wasn't resolved until I called back about 12 hours later. Didn't leave a very good impression with me of VRBO.

Owner's Response: I agree, it is a great location. :) Thanks for pointing that out. I apologized if you think that our unit is too small for your family of 4. We're also a family of 4 and we find it cozy. We did mentioned on our listing that it's approx. 900 sq ft and we made sure we took pictures so the renters would understand how it looks if they were there. I am sorry that you couldn't fit in your luggage. We did mentioned in our listing that this unit is also our home so in other words, we do live there from time to time. We usually put our luggage on top of those storage boxes in the closet or on the top shelves after putting clothes away, if you reached out to us about this issue, we would've send you suggestions on where and how to put your luggage away in the best way possible. I see that you were not satisfied with our kitchen cabinet space. The rest of the space were stocked with dishes/plates/glasses/etc for your uses so the tall cabinet and the 2 cabinets above the stove were for your personal use (food, etc). Sorry if they weren't spacious enough for you and your family, I'll keep that feedback in mind for future renters, thank you. I apologize about the oven door and the other issues, that is inexcusable. I wished you did reach out to me as soon as you notice, we would've sent our cleaning service to the unit while you're out so they can clean the unit to your satisfactory. I have reached out to the cleaner with your feedback, thank you. The shower in the master bedroom is a standing shower. In the listing, it was mentioned that there were two bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower/tub and the other one is just a shower (no tub). I am sorry that our unit did not meet your expectations. I hope you did at least had a good vacation in Ocean City.

Great Location for a Family Getaway!

Great location for a family getaway! Elizabeth and Todd were always available for any question that we had prior to booking as well as right before our trip-i.e asking last minute questions about supplies needed . The condo is very clean and is a great quiet location right on the Bay. It is a quick walk (0.25 miles) to the beach and right near the Jolly Roger / Splash Mountain parks. We are looking forward to booking another family trip here again!
