Centrally located Downtown Asheville duplex loft; modern, bright, high ceilings, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, and hard wood floors throughout, outdoor deck, 1 parking space. Decorated and furnished with the comfort of our guests in mind. This 2 king bedroom, 2.5 bath, with 2 full size futons, furnished deck, is located on the 4th foor of the historic S&W building, right in the heart of Downtown Asheville.

Enjoy Asheville's great restaurants, galleries, day spas, shopping, and eclectic atmosphere. You are just minutes from some of the best mountain, or leisure, biking around, white water rafting, rock climbing, hiking, canoeing, golf, or take a ride on America's favorite scenic byway, the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The owner provides 1 unassigend parking space in a Municipal Parking Garage, 2 blocks from the S&W building.

If you have more then 1 car in your party, parking is available in several Municipal Parking Garages (Rankin & Civic Center) located within a 1 - 2 block walk of the S&W building, at guest's expense. The first hour of parking is free, $1.00 per hour for each hour or fraction thereof, daily maximum parking $10. On street metered parking is FREE Saturday 6PM-Monday 8AM, and all city holidays; New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas (3 days). Special event single occurrence: $7; Multi-day event: $5.

Great location perfect for two couples

We spent a long weekend and enjoyed walking downtown Asheville, dining out, shopping and never needing our car. The condo had all the amenities and was perfect for 2 couples with plenty of private spaces. Great patio.

Five Star in Every Way!

It is easy to give the Robert's Loft a five star review. Communication, location, cleanliness, amenities, size, convenience this place checks all the boxes. Perfect setup for two couples wanting to explore all that Asheville has to offer. Walk to everything. Coffee on the deck in the morning (Keurig and k-cups provided) is the perfect start to the day. Sunset happy hour on the deck (sorry, you have to supply your own beverage but there is a Bose SoundLink provided) is a must. Do some shopping; take in some of the local music and flavor (Friday night drum circle is in the park just across the street); enjoy a wonderful dinner at one of the many nearby restaurants; have a local craft beer or two (within walking distance to more breweries than you could possibly walk to) then go back to the Robert's Loft and sleep like a baby on their wonderful beds with multiple pillow options. We have rented many VRBO's, this one is at the top.

Amazing weekend

We love Asheville and had an amazing couples weekend staying at the Roberts Loft! Very comfortable, great outdoors space and all of the comforts of home. We will definitely stay here again.

Doesn't get any better

Beautiful condo in the heart of downtown Asheville. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the loft, being large enough for party of 6 with two bedrooms and two full futons. The property couldn't be in better condition and the balcony was amazing. It's located on Patton Ave. right across from the park. I don't know how you could find a better stay in Asheville.

Excellent Condo; Outstanding Location!

We visited for a long weekend during the Asheville Marathon at the Biltmore. The condo has easy access to everything downtown. The condo itself was perfect for two couples with one king bedroom upstairs and one king bedroom downstairs. The weather was too cold to hang out on the balcony, but in nice weather that would be a great location to start or end the day. The condo was very clean and quiet; beds were comfortable and the unit was nicely decorated. Big thanks to the management for accommodating of a special request we had. I would highly recommend the Roberts Loft as a place to experience all Asheville has to offer.

Perfect experience

My family took a pre-Christmas weekend to Asheville and stayed at the Roberts Loft. It was easy to unload in front of the S&W and put our belongings on the elevator. This loft is beautiful! Very nicely decorated and appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a big Sunday brunch. And then there's the location - within walking distance to anywhere you'd want to go in Downtown Asheville.

I would highly recommend Roberts Loft. Five stars all the way.
