Hi! My name is Sarah! I've been hosting since we opened in 2008, and I LOVE it! My interests are first, hospitality (of course!) and gardening, beading and gourmet cooking. I love to decorate (as seen by the decor in our suites) and I'm also an event filmmaker (specializing in births). I've lived in Utah for 14 years (wow!). I came here to go to Brigham Young University, but I ended up staying when I met my soulmate and we bought a house and started a family. I grew up as a military brat. I love meeting our guests from all over the world, and I look forward to taking my children all over the world and staying with HomeAway hosts!

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount payable if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Max guests: 5 (sleeps up to 5 adults)
Minimum age of primary renter: 18
- Quiet hours between 10pm-8am. No loud parties or commotion in the lobby. Please remove hard soled shoes.
- GUEST COUNT: You MUST let us know your final guest count within 24 hours of your arrival. We can not accommodate late night extra linen requests.
- CHECK OUT: Take trash down to city trash cans, wash and return all dishes, close and lock windows, close door tightly.
