We are very excited to announce the 2014 complete remodel of our one bedroom two bath condo, featuring an all new Kitchen and two new baths plus new tile flooring, new carpeting, and granite counters throughout. The remodeled baths have new cabinets, sinks, toilets, granite counters, tile, and lighting. The master bath has a walk-in shower for easy access and an innovative shower head which lets you choose between a waterfall or rainfall effect. There is also a hand held shower and a bench for those who wish to sit while showering. Our washer and dryer are now in the master hallway next to a beautiful new vanity. The guest bath has a tub and a hand held shower for easy bathing of children. The kitchen has been completely gutted with all new flooring, granite counters, cabinets, lighting, a wider floor plan, a pantry, and new appliances, including a large French door refrigerator and a beverage center. Three bar stools have been added for extra dining options.
All furniture has been replaced by new luxurious brands such as Tommy Bahama, Michael Amini, and Pulaski, giving the condo a tropical feel. We have also replaced the couch with a new sleeper couch by American Leather, which has a patent on its unique sleeper design. The bed is made with foam rubber and gel instead of coils to give it the highest level of comfort. Also in the unit is a roll-way bed, allowing 5 people to easily stay together.
Besides the wonderful interior, the condo’s lanai offers the most outstanding views you will find in all of Maui. The condo truly feels oceanfront even though it’s one back. The south -facing direction can’t be beat, with views of the island of Lanai, Kaanapali Beach, and the courtyard’s beautiful pool and Koi pond. The condo’s high level on the 9th floor allows for the lanai to always have cool breezes. In the winter months, whales can be seen from the lanai, especially in February when they are abundant. Every night the sliders can be open so you can sleep to the sound of the ocean.
The Whaler, a premiere condominium resort, is in the heart of the famous Ka’anapali Beach. Ka’anapali Beach is recognized worldwide as one of the top ten beaches. The spectacular natural setting, along with the many amenities of this resort hotel, make it an outstanding paradise vacation for people of all ages. The Whaler has recently completed more than $30 million worth of property renovations and enhancements over the last 3 plus years. In addition to long walks on the beach, numerous water activities are available directly along Ka’anapali Beach including catamaran trips (which pick up directly in front of The Whaler), swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, whale watching, boating, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, Jet-skiing, dinner cruises, golfing, and luaus. It’s also a short stroll along the beach to Black Rock where you can watch the cliff divers in the evening or take the whole family for a swim with the turtles and tropical fish during the day. We live in the beautiful central coast of California. We have four children (this is a picture of my oldest daughter and me in Hana), with one son remaining at home. We are retired and enjoy traveling when our youngest son is not in school.

Why Laura chose Kaanapali
We have been visiting Hawaii with our family ever since they were young. We like all the islands but Maui is our favorite. We bought The Whaler because we think Kaanapali Beach is the best beach in west Maui and we wanted a place to spend our summers.
What makes this Condo unique
After looking at many condos, we settled on The Whaler because the units are so close to the ocean. You can sleep with your door open and hear the ocean all night. It's also great to be right next door to Whaler's Village so you can get food or dine out. My son loves the beach here as it's one of the few places on west Maui that has as sandy ocean bottom. It's great for boogie boarding.

Beautiful condo with a fabulous view of the beach, the ocean, and Lanai! Close walking distance to shops at The Whalers and our favorite restaurants! Lovely full kitchen, and beautifully furnished! This is our 2nd time staying here! We always have a wonderful time!
Another great stay in 907
Just returned from another perfect stay in #907. You can't beat this condo.
It has all the comforts of home, including something that most units don't have and that's a DVR recorder, which was great for recording the basketball playoffs while we were on the beach. You are only one back from ocean front in this unit and in our opinion this is better than oceanfront. This condo is very well stocked with everything that you need and it was just immaculately clean when we arrived. The furniture is comfortable, the master bath shower is so cool with waterfall and rain adjustments and an additional hand held shower head. The TV's are big, the view of the ocean is amazing and the owners are wonderful to work with and they respond to questions right away. You're walking distance to shopping, dining, snorkeling at Black Rock and live music at the Hula Grill and Leilani's. The pool and spa are clean and warm. It's also fun to just sit on your lanai and watch the catamarans come and go. Read all the reviews and you will see that this place is "No Ka 'Oi".

Amazing stay, highly recommendable
We stayed here with our 2 young daughters. The flat is absolutely gorgeous, spotless - just on a beautiful big sandy beach with long board walk and great pool and hot tub. The resort charges a daily fee of 20 usd but that includes coffee, beach towels, parking, gym etc etc. Stunning view from the balcony. Loved it!
