Great location, nice property
We've been to Pensacola Beach several times in the past 5 years and this was our first time here. The location is amazing, you really can't beat it - on the beach and walkable to restaurants, stores, etc.
This unit is in the building to one side of the main tower - the first impression was not favorable - the hallways need much tidying up (and there was also some water that took 2 days to dry outside of our door). So just be aware, this is not a unit in the main tower.
However, inside the unit, it was really nice. This unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath on two levels - the master suite was upstairs and spacious and amazing - large bathroom and closet. The bedroom downstairs had a bunk bed and a queen bed with dressers.
The unit was also stocked with tons of games - we had so much fun playing new games. Such a nice touch!
The only feedback I would give is that in all my years of staying at Pensacola Beach and even with this management group, I've always had beach towels provided within the unit. This unit was really bare minimum with beach towels, dish soap, etc. Not a big deal but I've gotten spoiled over the years with some rentals with amazing amenities.
Finally, there was a nasty stain on the wall that we alerted management on the first day, but they didn't send anyone to clean it. However, we thought the communication with management was great - we received many calls and texts leading up to our arrival so check in was very smooth.
The pictures do not do this property justice!
Great property, clean, close to everything!
Thank you! We look forward to your next stay with us!
