About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

The view was breathtaking!
The house was great , but the seating arrangement wasn’t so good . The sofa was really uncomfortable . And we were just 4 people and I can’t see more people seating with us . The beds were comfortable . The rest of the house was great and really quiet . We will be back !
This home was beautiful, clean, and met all our expectations. The hot tub and view were wonderful! The only down side was a lack of close beach access without a drive down the highway. Thank you!
Great weekend getaway
Our family and friends had a great time here! 2 bald eagles were seen swooping around while we soaked in the hot tub facing the beach! I loved cooking the open kitchen. The beach is a very close and beautiful walk through the wetlands. Would def recommend!
Clean, cozy, yet spacious living space for 5 adults, 1 infant, and 1 toddler.
We all had a wonderful time! The highlights for us were the amazing view of the beach from the living room, the hot tub, watching 2 bald eagles flying to their nest in one of the nearby trees, cooking in the open kitchen, and walking to the beach on the Blue Heron trail!
Good base for eclipse view (a little further inland from the fog!)
We invited our extended family to stay for a couple of days, so we could view the eclipse in the path of totality, and it worked out great. But the fog was too thick right at the shore area, so we drove a few miles inland and parked at the rural fire station, had a wonderful view from there, as the sky was clear. The house has a great view, even though it isn't in a place where you can walk straight down to the beach (but you can get there a little further down the road). The big picture windows have no covering, so sunlight is pretty bright toward later afternoon and evening if you want to watch a movie or walk around without running into things (kidding but not a lot!). A set of remote control blinds would work wonders here. The couch is nice for two, maybe 3 people, even though it is large enough for more they have to face sideways to the TV. A somewhat less "deep" seat and more length along the wall would improve the utility value. Also not many windows have any covering so folks next door can get a pretty good view of your bathroom and shower routine if they care to look. However, all in all it is a great place and it's hard to find much to complain about, even if you try. Figure out how the upstairs shower valve works (it is a ring you pull down in the tub nozzle, not very obvious) and when the trash is picked up so you can take it out in time, and you'll have no problems that can't be solved with a little tolerance.
Great location, potentially a great building that could stand minor furnishing improvement for better utility. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen, everything works, and it's kept up pretty nicely.
All bathrooms have window coverings, and the house next door is vacant, so our guests don't need to worry about privacy issues. The view windows will remain the same at this time. Thanks!
Ocean view, not oceanfront
Spectacular view of the ocean from this house on the bluff above the beach. But oceanfront it is not. Hike to the beach is from the parking lot about 2 blocks from the house and is about 3/4 mile down to the beach. Getting back to the house is all uphill and fairly steep. Would not want to have to take kids to the beach from this house. But the views are incredible.
