Location is amazing, deck faces main st and the slopes. Plenty of room for couple and included 2 bathrooms. Easy to get in and available parking. Couldn't ask for more. Will be coming back soon!

Convenient. Modern. Spacious. Way better than a Hotel.

  • 4 of 5

My brother and I loved it. Tv and cable in both living room and bedroom. Nice deck. Made major use of wood burning Firrplace. Made use of built-in washer dryer.

We will use it next year for our ski trip.

Exactly what we wanted !!!!

  • 5 of 5

Great location, walk across to Peak 9 chair, right across from the Main St Station so we had easy access to the free buses and easy walking to the supermarket/wine store on Ridge St. We loved the balcony, which overlooks the Irish bar below and had bar patrons waving to us when we were outside. As we were there in winter the outside bar wasn't too busy, could be different in summer....

Everything in the apartment was new and clean, meet our needs perfectly, specially having a washer and dryer. The instructions for arrival and departure were clear and easy to follow. There is a parking space available too, which we didn't need.

Would stay again !!!!!

The unit was perfect for stay, we could walk to Lift 9

  • 5 of 5

Even though the unit is at the south end of town, there were many bars and restaurants with-in just 2 blocks that we explored. There is a GREAT grocery store 1 block away and beer store connected to it. Who could ask for more. Queen size bed in front bedroom was fine, we did not use the pull out couch. Firewood was provided and starter sticks so we used the fireplace every night. No issues with bathrooms or shower, almost full size stackable washer and dryer. The unit even had hot water baseboard heat, so that helped with the high altitude dry sinus issues we eastern people can get.

The only negative was the Irish bar right behind the unit. The person sleeping in the den on couch will have to contend with the noise, which varied in volume and lateness each night.

Perfect place in Breckenridge

  • 5 of 5

Since this was our first trip to Breckenridge, we really didn't know where we wanted to stay, but after doing some research and searching for hotels and condos, we decided to stay here and boy was it a great decision! First, location, location, location! It is a block off main street and the deck overlooks main street with a breathtaking view of the mountains and ski slopes. The unit was very clean and had recently been upgraded, so everything we needed was there. It is a small unit with one BR and a fold out sofa bed, but that's all we really needed. Just a place to sleep and eat when not out exploring. Just about everything in town is within walking distance from the unit, including Peak 9. You can walk across the street and access the lift. We walked almost everywhere and loved it. There is also a small grocery store a block down the street for anything you might need, plus it saves you from having to run to City Market several miles away. The only negative we found was that the balcony literally overlooks the patio of an Irish Pub that is directly in front of the unit on Main St. You open the sliding door and are literally 20 ft from sitting at the tables with the customers. It was not a big deal except for Saturday night when apparently the Irish Pub decides to blast dance music an earth shaking decibels until 2:00a.m. If you are sleeping in the bedroom, you might not hear it, but if you are sleeping on the sofa bed, you will at least feel the bass from the music. I am a very heavy sleeper and it didn't really bother me. I just turned on my sleep sound machine app and ignored it. For the location and quality of accommodation, this unit is very much worth it. We will definitely consider staying here again and recommend to others.

Great Condo

  • 4 of 5

Very nice condo and great location! Just a short walk to the Quicksilver chairlift. It is behind a pub which is not too loud, but you can hear some music. If that wouldn't bother you then I definitely recommend staying here.
