The pictures say it better than I can, but I just want to highlight what a special rental offering this is.

First of all, location, location , location! Walking distance to everything, markets, downtown, restaurants, parks and more, plus you are on the water with the grandeur of The Olympic Mountains a the back drop. Wow!

I field hundreds of rental requests a year and there are certain traits that everyone is looking for in a rental. Views is my number one requested trait, a convenient location is second, and a spacious rental is third. This is the dream list.

Sea It All has all of these traits in spades plus so much more.

All Victoria Prime properties start with a standard above the rest, all inclusive, with high speed wifi, cable, parking, gourmet kitchen standards and kitchen essentials to boot, and don't forget all units have in suite washer and dryers. You will want to wash those clothes after playing on the beach and splashing in the water just across the street from Sea It All.

As you enter the door, you are immediately drawn to the ocean at the end of the room, but on the way there, you will encounter a gorgeous office with a TV, the gourmet kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, a half bath and a lovely open dining area and a living room overlooking the Olympic Mountains and the ocean.

One floor up is the master bedroom with a King bed, super spacious, with a fireplace, TV and a huge balcony with doors that open up all of the way to let the magical views and fresh sea air and sounds in. The master bath has a separate stall shower and a jacuzzi soaker tub.

The ground floor has a full bedroom with Queen bed, a full bath and a huge multi-purpose room with a pullout couch and a futon. It's a great place for the kids with a TV and DVD player, or it can be a media room for the adults.

This house is ideal for families. It sleeps four in beds and has the two extra sleeping spaces for the kids in the multi purpose room.

Wonderful vacation home! Lots of space In a perfect location.

We had a fabulous week at Sea It All. The well appointed lux bungalow is in the perfect location and just a few blocks away from all the downtown attractions Victoria has to offer. The second floor master suite and lower level 2nd bedroom was perfect and private for 2 couples. We walked everywhere, grocery store, Fishermans Warf, restaurants, shopping. Best of all were the ocean views, boardwalk and paths right out our front door. We were perched on the upper deck as often as possible watching the ships and boats go by. What a beautiful city! Truly a vacation to cherish forever.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay for the month of April was fantastic! The weather was beautiful and we loved being able to walk to restaurants and shopping--especially the grocery store. The James Bay area is so interesting with all the old houses and I don't think we ever walked the same street twice. We spent many breakfasts and evenings in the front window watching all the people and dogs and ships, when we weren't out there ourselves. I agree with the comment someone else made about the lack of screens, though we did notice some under the front step and it was tempting to try them out! Even a couple of fans would help to move the air around when it gets warmer. The amount of space was perfect for 3, especially the main floor, and my husband loved the office area. The "Victoria Prime" people were very nice--we dealt with Arden--and were always prompt when we had any problems--thankfully, no major ones! We'd love to stay at this property again and would find even a longer stay enjoyable.

Best location in town!

All the reviews are correct about this place, best location for sea views, seaside walks and ship sighting. Off street parking is provided, the office was a great plus for one of our party who does online teaching, and the kitchen was ideal for meal prep. The only reason for not a five star rating was the stairs, which were a bit much for older knees, especially since we all took turns using the only walk in shower on the top floor. Also, the outdoor chairs on the main floor were too uncomfortable and took a while to dry when it rained. (We looked enviously at the chairs on the next balcony). Lots of privacy if you stay with another couple, they would have a whole floor to themselves, and the TV room on the ground floor was great for gatherings. Kudos to Bruce for showing us around and helping with the bags!

Location, location, location! And the view!!!!!

If Victoria was a jewelry than this house would be the beautiful diamond ring sitting in a picture window facing the ocean. Seriously, if you want to experience all of Victoria, the view across the ocean every morning, the smell and sounds of the waves, and the impressive sights of the majestic incoming cruise ships by day and even more glamorous at night, the closeness to downtown, to stores, shops, parks, ocean trails, to the beautiful illuminated parliament building and Empress Hotel, this is the nicest house in the best location you can imagine.

The house itself is very tastefully decorated in a way that I want to throw out my own wooden dining furniture and replace them with those contemporary glass and steel tables. I loved that there was no TV set in the living and dining room area (there is a large flat screen TV in the entertainment room with a super comfy couch that also can be converted into a queen size bed) because we were able to enjoy the beauty of the setting without the distraction of a TV. There is nothing compared to waking up to the sounds of the waves and the fresh smell of the ocean every morning. The view, again, is incredible and the pictures don’t do it justice.

The house has all the amenities you can imagine, TV, Wi-Fi, an office with computer monitor and printer, telephone, games, books and puzzles, plenty of fluffy towels, linen, each floor has a bathroom, and the master bathroom features a jetted tub which was very welcome after a long walk along the breezy ocean. The kitchen is well equipped and all kinds of necessities are provided (like soap, trash can liners, condiments, spices etc which I really appreciated after experiencing homes where we had to buy all those things). I wish all the properties offered on VRBO where managed by Bruce and his company “Victoria Prime” :) . Whenever we had a question he responded right away and was there if we needed help to solve some technical difficulty.

I can’t believe how fast our stay in Victoria went by. We already miss the sights of the ocean and this vibrant city. We will come back for sure! Thank you Bruce, Liz and Maureen for making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable.

PAYMENT An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments outside of Canada may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers. Bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques are payment options (for Canadians only) payable to Victoria Prime. Cheques must be secured by a credit card authorization while in route. Email transfers (Canadian banks only) can be sent to The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. All payments are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. All reservations will be charged a Booking Fee.
CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT Guests must provide credit card details as a guarantee of payment to Victoria Prime. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. In the absence of another payment agreement, guests authorize Victoria Prime to charge the credit card provided for payment of these items. The guest whose credit card is on file alone is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges.
CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the dates cancelled, we will be happy to refund all or any part of that.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
