We stayed there for about a week in June 2014. This house has everything we needed, including a pier and buoy (accessible by rowboat) for our boat. And a hot tub -- what a difference it makes for the cold June Lake Tahoe water! At least part of the deck had direct sunlight throughout the day. The BBQ can do either gas or charcoal. There were 3 of us, and we were very comfortable; there are two bedrooms (one accessible directly from outside, or by trapdoor by the kitchen counter), which have 3 beds (1 double, 2 queens I think). There also appeared to be a fold-out sofa in the living room. With all of the homeowner's personal touches, this home definitely did not feel like a rental. We are definitely thinking about coming back to this house in the future.
boating, hiking, all the fun that Tahoe offer right here!
