Look no further! You have found what others talk about when they say they got lucky with a great rental. I only own this condo.. I am not a professional realtor.. I do this myself to keep my cost of owning a condo down. I stay in this condo 4 or 5 times a year. that means it will be Clean, Kept, and Comfortable.. I am not a big company that manages a whole bunch of condo's who do not care about them.. PLEASE READ MY REVIEWS,, AND CALL ME!!

Unit 2118 on the 21st floor has a great view of Pool and Beach - Reserved Parking spot on the 5th floor. WIFI in the Unit. Super Comfortable.

The Shores is a luxurious resort that is my home away from home and it can be yours too. This a a condo that the owner actually stays in so you can count on it to be in tip top shape. This is a much desired 'J' type Floor Plan. The bunk room is a room in itself complete with a half bath. Two spacious bedrooms, one king and one queen, each with full baths, have beautiful views of the ocean, have been professionally decorated and have very comfortable beds. The full size kitchen is fully equipped so that you should be able to prepare any meal without a problem. No need to take home dirty laundry since a washer and dryer are also provided. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with new flat screen digital tvs and dvd players are provided. I have ATT WIFI in the unit! not all units have this.

This unit is conveniently located close to one of the Six elevators and covered parking.

Imagine starting your day having breakfast on the patio watching the sun rise and the dolphins play. Then you can choose to spend the rest of the day on the beautiful white sand beach or the largest pool in all of Florida, nearly 20,000 square foot of lagoon pool and outdoor hot tub featuring waterfalls and fountains. Music is always playing at the pool.

You will never go hungry since two tiki bars at the pool provide entertainment, food and drinks. Watch the sun set from the beautiful very large outside hot tub conveniently located by the pool and tiki bar which also have numerous flat screen tvs. There is also a large, heated indoor pool & hot tub, a fitness room, electronic game room, media & party room, and a full service spa.

The Shores is known as a great family vacation spot. The Childrens' Activities Team specialized in providing entertainment and activities to your children daytime and evening so that you can relax and they have memories to last a lifetime.

Great golf courses are only minutes away - Hombre (27 holes), Marriott Bay Point (36 holes - 2 courses) and right across the street Signal Hill (18 holes).

Waffle House is walking distance. Wal-Mart is across the street. Pineapple Willy's is right next door. Pompano's and Dee's Hangout (Oyster bar) are across street. Wonder Works, Ripleys, go carts, & Pirates Cove (putt putt) are just down the street. Pier Park (large shopping complex) is just down the road. Many attractions nearby but you probably will not want to leave the complex because it is great!

I grew up in Alabama and have vacationed in Panama City Beach almost every year of my life. I've always dreamed of owning a Condo here and finally was fortunate enough to make that happen. I plan to share my home for a few years with responsible renters who want a great vacation, and then hope to Retire there. I cant really put this into words but there is something about Standing on the beach and looking out to the horizon and feeling the salty wind on your face that kind of recharges your batteries so to speak. Come, and find out what I mean. I understand a beach vacation from the Renters point of view. I've been there many times. You want value for your Money with no surprises. I will make it a point to be Pleasant, Honest, and forthcoming throughout the entire process.

I've seen PCB change over the years but one constant has always been the central location where Front Beach Road (hwy 98) and Thomas drive come together. This is the heartbeat of Panama City Beach and the shores of Panama is The place to be. The property is clean and well managed, the Pool is amazing, and there is enough around you to literally make you leave your car in the parking garage for a week.

I was worried about our trip since a new owner had boght the condo we were to rent, but there was no need to worry. We had a great time on our trip and the owner was very Kind making sure that everything was good to go. We were on the 21st floor, what a view! The beach and pool were wonderfull, that was all the kids wanted to do. Thanks for a great time!

Quiet, comfy, and reasonable

Enjoyed our stay at Shores or Panama. Great location for the Ironman Florida event--walking distance to the HQ hotel. Some nice restaurants are walking distance (Dee's Hang Out is good). Plenty of sleep space in the condo and everything was in good shape. Had to buy our own paper goods/bath soap immediately. TV's were messed up due to new cable company, but Scott was available to help us figure that out (although the bedrooms may still not be working). Great view of the Gulf. Good parking spot in the garage. We were there at off-peak, so it was pretty quiet except for the Ironman athletes (who were also quiet). You have to pay to cross through pool area to get to beach--which is dumb in my opinion. So we cut through restaurant next store. We had no use for pool. Not sure what condo is like during peak, but off-peak worked out perfectly.

I apologize if that was not the case when you arrived and I will look into why they were not there.. fortunately, Walmart is right across the street and is usually one of the first stops for Renters.. I appreciate you deciding to rent with me and I look forward to your return,, maybe in the summer this time :)

Amazing condo with Incrediblly helpful owner

We were in need of a last minute emergency rental as Hurricane Matthew was approaching. Scott went above and beyond to calm our nerves and accommodate our need for immediate check in. The condo was amazing! It was spacious, clean, conveniently located and better than we could have possibly hoped for. I would go to Panama City Beach just to stay here. Best rental experience I have ever had, I would recommend this condo to anyone looking in the area.

Beautiful condo overlooking the beach and the pool

We stayed in the condo last week. The condo is beautifully decorated. The beds are comfy and the water pressure was great. The kitchen has all the things you need to make meals. Washer and dryer was also wonderful to have. There is a WalMart across the street that is convenient.

There are lots of great restaurants that are local owners with wonderful food. Dee's Hangout, Scooners, and Dusty's just to name a few. Pier Park was a fun place to go with restaurants and cute little shops.

The only downfall to the property and this has nothing to do with the condo owner ,you have to pay $35 dollars per day for up to 8 people to use the pool. For the amount of people staying in the building there are not enough chairs around the pool. If you want beach chairs I think they wer $20 a day to rent. We went to Walmart and bought our own beach chairs for $15. The elevators are sooooo slow. 6 elevators for 23 floors just is not enough there are times that we waited 15 minutes.

All in all we had a wonderful time and loved Panama City Beach

I do wish that the elevators were faster or there are more of them, and I also HATE HATE HATE that my guest have to pay those fees when they get there.. That forces me to discount my rates approximately $200 per week to cover that.. but all in all, you can still have a great time at the beach, let me know if you want to come back :) we can work it out!

Perfection!

I can not say enough good things about Scott and his condo. This was by far the best decision I made for our recent trip!

The accommodations were above my expectations! Scott was an absolute delite to deal with, even checking on my stay many times through the week. He made sure that everything was absolutely perfect in every way!

The pictures just don't do this condo justice! You will be blown away when seeing in person! (The bedding is like sleeping on a cloud! The best nights of sleep I've gotten beside from sleeping in my own bed!)

I can't wait to stay here again when my daughters have their next dance competition in PCB.

If you come across this listing and it is available....don't think twice about reserving this condo! It's a hidden gem and I doubt you will be able to top it! You won't be disappointed!

As I've said before, I have spent time in PCB almost every year of my life and up until 3 years ago, that was as a renter, so I know what people want. up front disclosure or no surprises! and ease of transaction. you want your moneys worth.. I try very hard to achieve that, from the high thread count linens, to the nicely updated furniture, I like to think that my condo is just a notch above most others. Thank you Dana for taking such good care of my home and please call again when you want some time at the beach,, and remember, I can price off season rates low enough to make a weekend retreat affordable :) Yall come back now, set a spell,, take your shoes off ... lol

It felt like coming home ... if home had a beautiful beach!

We loved this rental. Booking and arrival were amazingly easy. Designated parking space, no check in to deal with. The condo itself is even better than the pictures. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen (with every appliance we could imagine needing), washer and dryer, spacious bathrooms, etc. Having Walmart a 5 minute walk away was so convenient. The property is great - my kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool. The beach of course is gorgeous, and we watched dolphins from the balcony! Scott was in touch regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, and responds to emails almost instantly. We would definitely rent from him again.
