Parisienne Stay Studio Apartment is a stunning, beautifully appointed studio nestled within the atrium of the Heritage Listed Gordon House. Situated at top end of Little Bourke Street, less than a minutes walk from the Princess Theatre. The apartment has a stunning view with northern sun facing the communal swimming pool with sun deck chairs and BBQ, all available to you! The apartment is on the ground floor of a 3 story building, so access is excellent. The building and apartment have secure 24 hour access and operated by pin code. This enables you to come and go during your stay as you please. Whilst the apartment is a studio, it contains all you would need for a perfect stay in Melbourne. We have a fully appointment kitchen, including induction hot plates, oven, microwave, large fridge, coffee machine, and toaster should you wish to cook. Tea and coffee supplied. Most people however choose to dine in the many restaurants and cafe's that are within easy strolling distance. Our building has two delightful cafe's, you are spoilt for choice! We have a brand new queen size bed that is super comfortable, together with small table and occassional chair for relaxing after a day of sight seeing. Our bathroom offers a shower with large rain head. All linen is supplied including fluffy bath towels and luxurious hand washes and body soap. We have wifi and air conditioning and plenty of storage space. The common areas include several lounge areas, together with library and laundry facilities. The pool is available for your use until 10.00pm at night. As this is a residential building, we ask that you respect our neighbours at all times - thank you. About Susan Fenton
My husband Brendan and I love to travel, with our passion being France. Many years ago we purchased our first house, an ancient stone village house in the 1000 year old perched circulade village of Murviel-les-Beziers – Languedoc – Roussillon - South of France. Although my husband, daughter and I live in Australia, our desire to travel and live as locals in this non-touristy wine village inspired us to find old, history filled and uniquely special properties These properties have been fully restored and we now offer them as holiday accommodation. We have our Murviel-les-Beziers village house in the stunning Languedoc, 15 minutes from the Mediterranean sea, and an 800-year-old former Knights Templar house in the village of Mazan – Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur. This is called ‘Maison des Templiers” We are also co-owners of a ruined Chateau, 250km from Paris, working with an enormous group of like minded people with the desire to restore and preserve this wonderful fairytale Chateau and save it from complete ruin. We also have a cottage in the Dandenong Ranges called 'Applewood on Falls' - a 100 Year old cottage perfect for couples who wish to enjoy the mountains in Melbourne. Lastly our 'Parisienne Stay' Studio Apartment in the historic Gordon House in Little Bourke Street Melbourne. We love hosting guests from all over the world and having them stay and live like locals to experience all that each wonderful location has to offer!

We prefer to stay in apartments rather than hotels, to truly experience life living as a local and not just another number in a hotel. Gordon House is the PERFECT location and base, as it is quiet and literally at the door step of all the major sites. Our apartment is newly renovated and has everything you could possibly need to relax and enjoy your stay.

We loved our stay
The apartment is situated right in the middle of the action. Walking out the front of the building there are many quality restaurants and bars within a 50m radius as well as many more beyond that. It was a very quiet place to stay and with stylish decor and furnishings, it was also very comfortable and modern. Whilst not large it was sufficient for the two of us. It was super clean and the hosts were very reasonable with our requests and provided excellent communication. We would definitely stay here again. The position and vibe of the apartment made our stay in Melbourne quite special!

A lovely apartment. Very close to downtown Melbourne, and located in a lovely building with a court yard, cafe, and pool facilities. The apartment was very clean, and well decorated. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The owner was readily available for questions and very friendly. The space accommodates up to two people well.
