Comfortable modern open floor plan includes over-height ceilings and expansive windows. This quiet building has air conditioning in the unit. Bedroom has a Queen size bed, large walk-in closet and 39' TV. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room includes 32' TV, DVD player and sleeping for 1 more person (on the chaise lounge, pls see pic for description). All linen, towels, hair dryer, iron, ironing board provided. Excellent workout gym. This 500 sq ft condo has incredible utility for its size. It is in a safe and secure location. The condo is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.

Great Condo Vancouver

We completely enjoyed our four days stay in this condo, great location, walking distance to IGA supermarket, sight seeing and shopping, it's a very comfortable well equipped condo.

Gem in the Sky!

We thoroughly enjoyed our VRBO. It was centrally located so we did not need a car because we could walk anywhere in the city. Brad was very professional and showed us everything we needed to know about the property and Vancouver. Thank you Brad for being so responsive to my emails! I highly recommend renting bikes from “City Bikes” and ride Stanley Park and along the Seawall Promenade. We ate breakfast at the “Jam Cafe” which was hearty and delicious. Check in and out was quick and easy. The condo itself was clean as well as the building. The view from the 19th floor was amazing and we felt so lucky to have found this gem in the sky. I hope you enjoy your coffee and view as much as I did every morning.

This was a great place to stay- walk to everything...Stanley Park, Denman Street for all kinds of good food, the ferry to Granville Island Market etc. Highly recommended!!!!

Great apartment with everything you need

Excellent location, very walkable; restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores just outside the building on neighboring streets. I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen for eating in, and the laundry room. Very comfortable space, great views! Brad was very attentive to any questions or problems that came up during my recent 15-day stay (thanks, Brad!). This property truly felt like a home away from home! I hope to stay there again sometime.
