This is a newly furnished (as of Apr 2017), located in the EAST serviced apartment at Seraya Lane off Haig Road.
The apartment takes inspiration from the cosy and homely theme and is fitted with modern conveniences to ensure you never feel too far from home.
This apartment is a large studio with ensuite bathroom with sofa bed. It is 495 sq ft. It is fully equipped and has high speed 1Gbps internet and 36 channels of cable tv . A living and dining area is available for family get together.

Guests will be provided with bath towels, more than 36 TV channels, high speed wifi and complimentary housekeeping is provided on Mon and Friday. Weekends and public holidays are excluded and schedule is subject to change without notice. Housekeeping starts on the second day after check in and will follow the schedule of Monday and Friday only.
We will try to be there for your check-in at the property. In many instances I may not be able to be present in person. However, I will give you prior notice with instructions on how to check-in. No worries, I've never left any of my guests stranded.

Our interaction with guest are mostly through email and or text. We are always around should you need us ONLY in real emergencies! We treasure our evening and weekend times with our family and we hope you can understand.
