Welcome to "Casa Bella", an exceptionally private and beautifully restored farmhouse situated right on the Delaware River. Escape the chaos of the city and plan on a stay of pure serenity in one of Pennsylvania's most prized regions, Bucks County.
Upon entering the house you are greeted with a wall of windows overlooking the Delaware River. The open and airy first floor layout offers many different socializing spaces -- ideal for large groups and families. The living room boasts a fireplace perfect for sitting with a book or gathering everyone around for board games. Host up to 10 at the dining table while looking out at the sunset. Create gourmet dishes sourced from the many local farm stands in the updated and fully-equipped chef's kitchen. Enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace while watching the river ramble by.
Up the original wood staircase you will find 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom offers gorgeous vistas of the river on one side of the home and the Delaware Canal and Towpath on the other side, its own private and furnished deck, as well as an ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds (both with trundle beds below) as well as its own balcony facing the river. The 2nd full bathroom is located right off of the reading landing, where you will find many informational books on the area.
Up one more flight onto the 3rd floor you will find one king bed as well as a twin (with a trundle) overlooking a furnished widow's walk terrace.
All bedrooms are furnished with fresh linens/towels and the kitchen is fully equipped with all dinnerware, flatware, utensils and kitchen gadgets.
The home also features a separate office with printer.
